Pros :

1. Hotel is situated at Nagoa beach.
2. You can walk to the Beach from here.

Crons :

1. Room was not clean (asked couple of times to clean the room, but we observed that they don't care about it. (Even bathroom was not clean)./\
2. Fridge was inside the room if you open then the door will be in your hand, so you can utilize that for storage.
3. In the room you can find lot of cracks in the wall.
4. There was hole in the room where they have used papers to fill it.
5. Towel was not clean even.
6. Hot water was not available.
7. Flush was not working in bathroom.
8. They provided bucket to fill up water with hole inside, when we asked for they said you can use the big bucket to wash the toilet (wired).
9. Floor was not cleaned, people come directly from beach to their room with sandy leg (leg with sand) and whole floor was with the sand. 10)There was no bell to call the reception, and there was no phone inside the room through which you can call reception. 11)I've also posted the photographs for the same. 12)TV was not working, they said it was stopped today (the day we were about to stay) and they have to call technician for the same. (they have not changed that too). 13)AC Remote was not provided at all. 14)If you go to bathroom, you'll be able to hear what's going on outside of the room in the common entrance, or even you can hear what's going on in the bathroom of other rooms. 15)Morning 6:30 AM the electricity gone off, when we were in the bathroom, and when asked the sleeping person in the counter said that in 5 minutes it'll be on again, after about 30 minutes, we left for the beach and still by that time electricity was not on.
