Rasal Beach Resort — Hotel in Diu

we booked this hotel since our first choice of radhika and krishna and hoka resort were full. God we hated it,in such a way we felt we should have planned our stay on some other date where we could have stayed in those resorts. the only advantage is its very near to nagoa beach. and its easy to play water sports and in beach.||ROOMS: very basic room nothing fancy but big enough. the toilets yuckyyyyyy. the pot is itself very black that i cant even pee for the first day. i hated it. requested for room change they refused outrightly. then we asked atleast to clean it properly. it was ok then,the bathroom is very old fashioned one big room with no separate curtain for shower,the buckets mugs, stool, towels everything are worn out and it was very old. for the exorbitant price of 4500 rs per night i do expect some little bit of good service and toiletries. we have booked for 3 rooms with extra bed. will i stay again definitely no no no no. ||the restaurant food was tasty. but had very limited options. whatever we asked they said that item is not there, this not there, that not there etc.hated it.pathetic service||so guys if you dont get room in radhika or krishna better wait then plan...

❌ Terrible Experience – Strongly Condemn Hotel Rasal at Nagoa Beach, Diu ❌

One of the worst hotel stays ever. The management is completely unprofessional and rude, especially one old uncle who is absolutely badtameez and illiterate – zero sense of customer service or basic manners.

They first quoted a price without including taxes just to make it sound cheaper, and once we agreed, they added taxes separately, making the final tariff unreasonably high. Total scam tactics. When questioned, they reduced the discount – dishonest and unacceptable.

The rooms were ugly, dirty, and poorly maintained, nothing like the photos shown online. For the price they charge, the quality and service were pathetic.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. There are far better hotels near Nagoa Beach that actually understand hospitality. Hotel Rasal should be your last option – if not...

To start with Diu is a very small place with Nagoa beach being the heart of the city.. hence it is advisable to stay in Nagoa beach.. there are 7 to 8 resorts / Hotels in Nagoa beach.. of which the first hotel in the corner is the Rasal beach resort.. the resort is good for family stay.. room size is perfect ..all rooms have functional ACs and TVs. However surprisingly there are no refrigerator in the rooms.. wash rooms are clean too.. service is decent and cleaning of the hotel is done in regular interval.. parking place is plenty .. best part of the stay is the location.. the resort is bang opposite to the beach.. hence going for the bath/ walk in the beach in not an issue.. in house dining as well as restaurant and bar is available.. though we have hardly taken any food within the hotel since the food option in Nagoa beach is plenty.
