4 STAR GROUP — Hotel in Ghaziabad

Had a terrible experience. I booked 4star through Oyo for rest while my brother was admitted in Yashoda Hospital after surgery. I was given room with AC while booked non-AC saying non-AC room is not available. I was resting and soon after owner knocked and asked for Rs. 500 as AC charges. I denied paying and asked for room what I booked. I was forcibly taken out of room along with my belongings. I called Oyo helpline for my safety and help while standing there in lobby on 4th floor. Then, hotel owner throws me out of property. This was really terrible and not expected. I raised complaint to Oyo and got no help till now. Disappointed. Poor services inside....nothing inside the toilet bathroom......1/10....water facility is poor....water problem inside the toilet....i don't need attached bathroom but available the facility of water in the toilet.. Thank you... Otherwise room...

They are fraud. All rooms very dirty poor smell and bedsheet also with stain. And reception man was very misbehaviour person and not safe for ourself. This is my personal experience in 4 star or JM residency. Very bad people...
