Mr. Brown Bakery - Kaushambi — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

We were planning to have a theme-based cake to celebrate a special occasion. We spoke to a few cake shops in the vicinity, but could not get a satisfactory response from any of them. We were not confident whether any of these will be able to produce cake of desired shape and size. We spoke to a few friends and they mentioned that Mr. Brown is matchless in this regard and we went to check it out. Parking was not a problem as paid parking space was available there under the elevated Metro line.

We went inside and simply loved the layout, fragrance, service, promptness and entire look and feel of the place. The manager gave us a catalogue carrying different shapes and sizes of cakes. We wanted an eggless cake and it was very much possible with Mr. Brown. We took seats there as there is seating arrangement for around 15-20 people there. There were ready cakes available as well, both with egg base and eggless and freshness was incredible.

We ordered for pastries while waiting for the manager as we wanted to try the taste first before placing an order. The staff members were highly professional and cleanliness was impeccable. The taste of the pastries was divine. We tried some more snacks and each one was better than the previous one.

We explained our requirement to the manager and he assured that we will get what we were looking for. One has to make a payment beforehand, either in cash or via debit/credit card or other online mode(s), to obtain a token for the items ordered.

We also purchased some loaves of bread and cookies and the taste was incredible beyond doubt. We received our cake on the scheduled date and the packing, shape, size and taste were just perfect. Every bite took every guest to another world altogether.

Since then, Mr. Brown is our preferred bakery store and they never let us down on any account as we tried their services on numerous...

A very clean and well served place, with near to rapid service. Right below the Kaushambi Metro station, so a very feasible place for anyone. The variety and the taste of the confectionery food items is worth the trip and the cost. Butterscotch pastry is a splendid delight. The 'Roasted Tikki Cheeseburger' is way better than than any other cheeseburger you will eat anywhere along with the 'Chilli Cheese Pizza' and the Veg Salad.

As a local, after this place opened I realized the difference between a best quality fresh loaf of bread and an average quality one. I stopped buying Harvest Gold or Britannia after tasting from here. The bread loaf, the burger buns, the paav, they are so fresh and clean. The best part is that their main bakery where they prepare all these items is just 10 mins away from this shop.

अगर आप ब्रैड, बंद, पॉव, चाय-रस, कुलचे, पिज़्ज़ा बेस के शौक़ीन हैं तो लोकल दूकान से Britannia/Harvest Gold ब्रैड खरीदने की बजाये एक बार यहां से खरीद कर खाइये, तो यह मेरा दावा है की आप दोबारा लोकल दूकान से ब्रैड नहीं खरीदेंगे | The best part is that they cost just the same as they do.

Over all a very pleasant ambiance and a spic and span arrangement. However, if there is a birthday party or a small get together going on the first floor and both the table no the ground floor are occupied, then you might have to eat while standing, which eventually proves to be very uncomfortable. So don't risk going for a dine out with family when there is a possible birthday party...

Mr Brown is a sprawling bakery/ cafe at Kaushambi metro station which has clearly become a part of our lives in the neighborhood in the last 4 years. The decor is too vivid and all the products are displayed too well in the whole store. A small mezzanine floor is uprooted for a decent sitting of around 20 ppl to have a taste of products whilst doing any business or personal chit chats.

What's enthralling is the store's fascinating product range which is top of the line and rich in quality. All kinds of bakery products are available at most of the times. And all the products are fresh. Top choices are available in all the product ranges. This includes - cakes, breads, biscuits, muffins, snack items, pastries and live kitchen counter. Prices are a bit on a higher side but their quality remains standard at all times. recommended products from my end include Milk bread, garlic bread, cheese masala bread, any type of muffins, blueberry cake, baklava, dark chocolate cake, puffs, Mushroom patties, any shake, salads, cookies!!! Everything is fresh!! Might have missed out on certain products in the above...

Proper FIFO (first in first out) policy is followed always. Some of near expiry products are sometimes given out as freebies. Staff is knowledgeable and their service is always helpful. This gives a clear indication that management is good and takes care of its customers.

Prices have increased over the last few years but the quality has re.ianed intact...
