Shree Rathnam — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

We are big time foodies and after the Unlock took place and the recovery rate in India amidst pandemic significantly improved, we decided to satiate our taste buds after a very long time. We all wanted to taste certain cuisines viz. South Indian and North Indian and wanted to go to such a food outlet that serves great food, offers wonderful family ambience and is clean and safe and follows all norms during the current times.

My brother suggested Shree Rathnam which was situated nearby and we reached there within ten minutes. The parking is no problem at all as it is situated beneath Kaushambi Metro Station and has a decent parking space alongside the pillars. Anyway, we reached and entered the outlet. Our hands were sanitized and temperature was checked via thermal machine with no contact at all.

The staff members and waiters were wearing masks and we got a comfortable family corner. We ordered for Tomato soup, Navratan Korma, Paneer Lababdar, Daal Makhani,Butter Naan, Fried Rice, Ghee Roasted Dosa, Tomato Uttapam and Filter Coffee. We enjoyed and relished every morsel as we were consuming great food outside our home for the first time after a long time gap and it was simply incredible.

The service was swift and it was moderately priced. We had a great time chattering and digging into tasteful delicacies which were heavenly. We paid in cash, but there were online modes of payment as well. They have a tie-up with food delivery companies like Swiggy and send parceled delicacies whenever they receive an order from designated areas for doorstep delivery. We will certainly visit again when we will be in Delhi...

I must say that serving food is not the only thing, as they say it's open till 11.30. A few days ago(2ndJuly) , we were coming from Nainital and were hungry, so we checked places in Noida, but they were closed, and we said that this place was open, so we drove like anything to reach here and have food as it was getting late.

But they didn't allow us to enter. I requested them several times that it's showing on Google that the restaurant is open till 11.30, so now it's 11.10. Please allow us, as we are all very hungry and saw that your outlet is open, so we came here from Noida just so we could get something to eat. When I asked them why it's showing on Google reviews that you're open till 11.30, they said what review? We don't know anything about that. No worries. I hope those guys will now know about the Google review I was talking about.

They should change the timing to 11 if they are not ready to serve until 11.30. That day, three of us didn't get food anywhere, but yes, if they had served until 11.30, as written in the review, we might not have gone to...

I was a cult follower of Shree Ratnam food . But something happened after which I decided not to visit Shree Ratnam any more ever.

I visited the resturant with my friends , as it was raining we are little wet . The guy Who attended us at the doorstep was very unwelcoming . He asked bunch of questions to us and few of them were very intresting . Question 1. " Sir ap bheege ho ? . We said yes as it's raining . Question 2. " Sir ap bike se aaye ho "? We said yes..

Then the gentlemen asked this . " Sir ap khana khaoge " ?? We didn't answered and returned back

It was insulting and hilarious at the same time . I was not sure how to answer that .My immediate reaction is to avoid the sitution , calm myself down. Later I decided to share this.

My honest suggestion to Shree Ratnam management is please arrange some behavioural trainings for your staff.

I hope mangement team of the chain will take this as feedback and work on it. Good luck for future.
