I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Pushpa near Max Hospital, Vaishali. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the hospital and close to markets, restaurants, and transport options.

Worst service to the customer. No respect for customer's time and no work ethics. I had booking for 2 days and they forced me to check out after 1 day because I used some vouchers and they didn't focus on that while accepting the booking. Due to their negligence I had to waste 2 hours over calls with the booking app. Don't value customer's time, initially asked me to visit the reception even when I told I was having lunch and then kept me waiting there because the girl at reception was so busy with her phone. Even the bathroom shower, AC remote and phone are not operational. I would really suggest to everyone to don't book this hotel as they are pathetic and doesn't care...

Very nice hotel but night shift stuff at reception is awfull. Firstly, Electricity every evening turns off and turns on that can couse to your devices whili charging Secondly, wifi turns off an access to internet and receptionist denies to restart the router Moreover, i asked for an iron they do not bring at once you need to ask 2 or more times Furhermore, the bed linen and sheets are dirty.
