Very disappointed with my experience at Chai Point in Max Hospital, Vaishali. They have a Zomato QR code displayed at the counter that promises a 10% discount, but when I tried to use it, the staff refused, saying their billing system can’t process it. If the discount isn’t actually available, why mislead customers by keeping the QR code there? Either the staff isn’t properly trained or they just don’t want to offer the discount. This is poor customer service and feels deceptive.

Absolutely loved the Ginger Tea and the Uniflask it came in. Made My day! The Samosa was tasty though small in size considering the pricing but the double egg roll was amazing!

Ginger tea is awesome, food is good

I have a suggestion that you people must reduce paper consumption for your packaging used in serving food. We have ordered parantha curd alongwith ginger tea. We get three different cartons with butterpaper for paranthas and another 3 paper cup for curd, one printed paper for tray and many other paper based things.

It seems there is a lots of wastage for 3 paranthas, which could be avoided. We would urge you to review your packaging. We believe that focus should be on avoiding unnecessary use of paper rather than on...

I am rating one star because they unlike most bakeries on swiggy they have not mentioned cake weight in grams for plum cake. Also all bakeries provide information regarding ingredient details in the food item. But they are Missing that too. Plum cake contains alcohol by recipe and they should have shared this crucial info in the listing. They sold me a plum cake that contained alcohol and was a matchbox like in size.
