1.Lot of fraud Karma hotel guys roam around in this area gives you free coupon on Anniversary and ask you to join party, so don't go they take you and force you to take yearly package with their goons. Check google for frauds.
Scooty service and Car rental people are also goon type people, so when you take scooty without deposit and dont check properly, they may ask you a heftt amount of any scratch which might be there earlier. So take recording of vechicle when you get on rent, also check tyre , helmet and other things thouroughly. They gave me puncture scooty, and charged 2500Rs foe little scratches on old Scooty, so be aware. Better book a Taxi and ride.
Don't interact with any call girl or escort service supplier if you ever have not done it. Goa is full of fraud pimps and they can loot and exploit you.
Better, enjoy cheap beer, lay down on beach. dance and return, Goa is not like the one you see on...

Also, there was no WiFi service reaching our room - I could get proper service in the hotel lobby or front garden if needed - and although this was not a big issue for us, as we were using mostly broad band, I am aware it could be an issue.||Other than this, if you're looking for a budget hotel to meet expectations or even be above them, then this is it. We got an A/C room - spacious, clean, with NO faulty items (it can happen to run into malfunctioning showers, annoying taps and stuff like these when you check into a hotel that is not rated 4-5*, or so I've learned), with a nice private balcony on the first floor. The location is awesome - really close to the beach and to the Boomerang Bar, which I loved. The staff were always nice, polite, discrete and answering our queries and requests promptly - which means that even if something is not as it should, they'll get it sorted in no time, or so it was for us. All in all, value for the money is the least to say. It honestly deserves a better official rating an I hope...
