Trisara Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Goa

Its a beautiful restaurant with a very positive soothing vibe. Light music with good vegetarian and sea food is what makes it really special in Colva. Whenever I visit South Goa, I make sure to visit Trisara and enjoy dishes.

Must try Vegetarian dishes. 1.Cheese Stuffed Mushroom:Its really delicious and my all time favourite dish from Trisara. So cruncy from outside and tender from within. 2.Butter Paneer Masala with rice: A perfect blend of spices and tender Paneer cubes.. 😋 #yummy in tummy Pink Pasta: Very first time when I went to Trisara, I ordered pink Pasta. N yes the pasta sauce blended with soft and cruncy veggies were literllay melting in the mouth. Till the time, we stayed in Vinsons Cottage in 2021, I had pink Pasta everyday. It is indeed very delicious. But one must try other flavours of Pasta also.

Must try Sea food: 1.Prawns Biryani: Really good quantity at economical prices. Good chunks of prawns almost in every bite made us really relish it.

Prawns masala starter in red gravy: The gravy was neither spicy nor bland. It was just perfect 👍..One can definitely try it with drinks.

Please note: Almost all the dishes are really good but our favourites are the one mentioned above.

I would really like to appreciate the chef behind all these dishes. He has real good taste in his hands. Hats off.

Deep Advani is the person managing the restaurant operations very smoothly.. He makes sure that all his guests are at ease and enjoying the food and ambience. Since, we were on workation he made sure to arrange a table for us having easy accesibility to Restaurant wifi and charging points.Thank you so much Deep 👍

Staff needs an appreciation too. Soft spoken, always on toes for Customers. Serving good food with smile☺

Speakin about the owner himself. Pawan is a very friendly person who makes sure his guests are genuinely happy. His hospitality is simply awesome. He is working really hard in making Trisara as successfull and known as his another restaurant Rice Bowl (if you think about eating Chinese, just close your eyes and step in RICE BOWL restaurant). 14-Aug-2025: Editing my review after 2 years and lowering the rating of this restaurant to 1. We ordered a takeaway from this place and found a cockroach in the noodles. The manager David took full accountability of the mishap, refunded the money and was apologetic. However the question is - Would you want to dine here and risk your health? Check out the pictures. -----------------------------------X--------------------------------- The pathway to the restaurant is quite narrow...but the place itself has ample parking.

A rustic ambience. Well maintained & clean.

Lightening Service. The gentleman who served us was very welcoming.

The food was fresh. Most of our order comprised of Chinese starters and hence we couldn't really differentiate between the taste of dishes. We couldn't get to the main course as we stuffed ourselves with starters...a lesson learnt... will definitely keep room for main course on our next visit.

To our misfortune...most of the desserts were sold out...we tried the tender coconut pudding which was nice & had a close resemblance to a panna cotta.

Was taken aback by the generous portions and the price was very reasonable...I must mention.

All-in-all a cozy hangout joint putting...

It might take a minute extra to locate this place but the search of more than worth it. The credit to this find goes to my sister I suppose we can't tag people here, @Google are you listening!

Summary - inexpensive delectable food.

This I believe this is only the 2nd restaurant to get a 5 star from me and I am pretty reserved while alloting it.

Ambience - doesn't look like it from the outside but the interiors are pretty interesting.

Food - Good food and well in the spirit of full disclosure they made a small error and rectified it better then expected, that's where the additional star comes from.

Service - Good, quick.

Cost - Rs. 400 with alcohol (little)

2nd visit - still love their ambience ( this time it was evening) and the chilled...
