Aston Ajoy Home Comfort — Hotel in Goa

I stayed here on 16.10.21 with my family on the 2nd floor. it was a good experience to stay here. owner is very friendly, rooms are under budget. This room is not for them, who need luxury or more space. We booked two rooms. This place is very close to the colva beach hardly 70-80 mtrs, you can also see it from the terrace. you can find shops like cloth store, restaurants, general stores, mobile stores etc. ATM, medicine store etc. are just within 500 to 700 mtrs of range. place is very calm, clean and i feel it like in my village. green coconut trees around the house and birds on the tree makes u feels like a home in the countryside. The best thing is i got a parking space, where i was struggling to get while at calangute beach (North Goa).

I want to recommend some area of improvement to the owner: I observed some red (Fire) ants inside the room, it may be coming from the coconut tree, need to be treated urgently. cleaning of the passages need to be improved Rooms cleaning are also need proper housekeeping. passages are narrow and became dark during evening time, area illumination may help for this.

except this all other things are ok. i will recommend this place those who are willing to travel goa with a limited budget and want to enjoy the clean south goa beach.

PS: North goa beaches are dirty and crowded but south goa beaches are less crowded, clean...

We stayed here for 3 days (17-Dec to 20-Dec) using two rooms. The rooms were comfortable in size but not lavish. The washrooms were clean including the toilets. Both our rooms were A/C which did a pretty good job during the night even with three people sleeping in 1 room. They have a water purifier installed in the premises which is freely accessible 24 hrs, so water was not a problem. Electricity was never a problem, which I believe was never a problem in Goa as well, but not sure. ||The room cleaning on a daily basis was also good. We had complimentary breakfast as part of our stay but this was not a buffet. They served fixed quantity of breakfast out of which I liked the sandwich & back tea the most(rose flavored). The omelette and bread toast were also fine. The wifi service was free but there was no range...

Good things first. Location was fine, less than 2 or 3 minutes walk to the beach (via the Boomerang) and to the main drag. Wifi and AC were decent, there was a small balcony where it was pleasant to sit, bed was comfortable, hot shower in the bathroom. But no towel or soap provided, nor drinking water, nor room service, the bed was not made up or the room cleaned. There was a small alcove that looked like a kitchenette with a diminutive sink, but no utensils or cutlery so essentially useless (unless you are into making your own tea and have an immersion heater). The manager does not have the most friendly or welcoming demeanor, he actually looked happier when I was leaving than when I arrived!! All in all good for a 3 star but not...
