Bay Breeze Hotels and Resorts — Hotel in Goa

Stayed during Christmas/New year season 2025. Prices were exponentially higher compared to regular days & not worthy to stay during peek season.

Pros. Located near main road. Spacious hotel with a swimming pool & Spacious rooms (with foul smell) Food & taste was good . Staff were good but NOT professional.

Cons.

Hotel seems to be bit old & require some maintenance in rooms . Toilets were very old with foul smell & need some renovation . Windows Curtains were very old with fungus & not cleaned regularly. Not sure if the bed sheets or blankets are getting washed ( recommend to carry your own bed sheets & blankets) Room Service & cleaning was not proper. TV & telephone not working properly . Not recommended for longer stays with family. Parking issues : only 5-6 cars can be parked.

Do Not expect any luxuries feeling in this resort. ( it shouldn’t be considered as resort, it’s just a spacious hotel with poor service & limited car parking space)

This was by far the worst experience during our 10-day vacation in Goa. We stayed here for the last two days, and it completely ruined the end of our trip.

The reviews we relied on were highly misleading. The bathroom was in a terrible state – unclean with a foul smell that persisted throughout our stay. Despite raising multiple complaints, no action was taken to resolve the issue. While the manager was understanding, they weren’t helpful in addressing our concerns.

The only positive aspect of this place was its location, but that alone doesn’t make up for the poor experience. I would not recommend this place, especially for couples looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Definitely...

Our stay at this hotel in Goa was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was unhelpful and indifferent to our concerns.

The exhaust fan in the washroom was not working, and despite multiple complaints, no action was taken. As a result, the washroom had a foul smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was below average, with very limited options and subpar quality.

For ₹6,200 per night, we expected much better amenities and service. The overall experience was far from satisfactory, and the positive reviews online seem highly questionable.
