The Upper House by Mystical Views — Hotel in Goa

Brand new property with top class amenities. Their staff is very well trained and are of top notch. I got to stay here for more than a week and every single staff member was very polite and always ready to help and assist you with anything. Abhi was the one who helped us in getting this property at a good deal. Then Kuldeep and Rohith were there to help us with the day to day requests. The housekeeping staff guy Sawanth made sure that our room was maintained at its best each and every day. One midnight unfortunately we had some medical emergency during our stay and we needed a doctor and the medication and this guy Preetam put in all his heart and got us the medication and helped us in getting out of that situation.

The Owner of the property Mr. Rajan is one cool champ who made sure that you’ll get the best of everything when you stay there. The food, the ambiance, amenities. We will definitely come back here the next time as well and would recommend anyone and everyone out there to do come...

Terrible experience.

We stayed here from 10-14 May 2023. The property is undergoing renovations as Lime Tree have now taken over. It is noisy. The rooms are dirty. It was evident that the room was not cleaned before we arrived. There was still food on the carpets, probably from the customers who stayed there before us. We had to request for new towels daily and after each request we were given dirty towels. The room had a bit of a smell.

The food at the box was bad and the area is dirty. Everything we wanted off the menu was not available. All the tables aren’t even set up and the tables and chairs are dusty. The staff aren’t friendly. The only person who was helpful is the manager, Mukesh.

Me and my family We wanted to stay in seawood before but as we were vegetarian we didn't stay there. So we shifted to the other property called as jr high sky resort. There we were more comfortable as the receptionist was very kind to us She made us soo comfortable. She provided us with vegetarian food special thanks to her. And also she was giving us good service room cleaning and all small small request. the food It was so good and tasty especially the paneer chilly we loved it. The pool was clean and the rooms were specious and clean. Service was good too. The place was so happening that we wanted to stay there for more days .
