La Papa Resort — Hotel in Goa

I stayed for 3 days with family but had a bad experience because of rude and unprofessional staff. Will never suggest anyone to visit the hotel as this May ruine your holiday.

Smelly bathroom with no exhaust Broken jacuzzi Unprofessional staff with very Rude behaviour Unclear and changing rules as per staff convenience like sometimes they tell that meal has 3 chapati and sometimes 2 chapati. Complimentary breakfast with changing restrictions daily. They expect you to pay for breakfast if eat more than a paratha. Better make it fully paid. Providing wrong information like initially staff told that unlimited drinking water is free with stay and later added charges with very high rate Unresponsive host and staff lie on your face. AC was not working and staff kept telling that it will be fixed in next 30 mins as mechanic is coming which never happened Jacuzzi was broken and staff told that it will be fixed in 15 mins every time I asked but never happened. Only 4 years old hotel but due to non-maintenance, it feels like Baba...

Very in cultural behaviour from the hotel staff they had disputes with oyo and were not accepting the booking. even with 1 day prior notification from oyo on booking confirmation, hotel ppl waited for us to go there and were told that they don't accept the booking via oyo didn't even made efforts to talk to oyo ppl to resolve our issue. was very unprofessional by telling we don't know. their dashboard clearly told we paid 30,000 which was in promotion section and they told this amount oyo will give after a month, hence we won't...

Amazing new hotel with good location. Huge room, balcony and bathroom. Very nice interior. )) I loved their furniture.

The room has A/C, Fridge, TV, Phone, Fan, Kettle, Coffee and Tea, Desk, what is very convenient when you work online, Hair dryer, Ayurvedic shampoo and soap, Bathrobes, Towels and even a Jacuzzi!

The hotel has a swimming pool with sun beds, as well as a garden with an outdoor restaurant.

I would like to note the excellent service. The staff was very helpful...
