It is the peak monsoon season right now and things can be a little displaced when trying to book your accommodation in Goa at an affordable cost. Bramha Cottages is all about a tranquil time with yourself yet you can find people to talk with when you feel like. The seaview was pleasant from my room balcony although a little far at a distance of approximately 500 meters and some trees and houses were partially blocking the complete view. So for the view from the room balcony, I would like to give a humble 8 out of 10. Cleanliness was there yet I could feel some dust in some corners of the room, the toilet and the balcony as well. Let me clarify. I am not saying it was unliveable. I am saying that it could have been better. So, for the room and hygiene, I would like to give a generous 8 out of 10 considering the staff are also a little laidback due to the offseason time. Please also note that Bramha Cottages relies on Solar Energy for hot water. There is no geyser as such. The biggest highlight of this accommodation for me was Samrat who was always available on a phone call right from the moment I booked till the time, I said goodbye. You can blindly rely on his hospitality. I would like to give him an honest 10 out of 10. The famous Palolem Beach is just a 5 minute scooty ride away to find all the possible activities in case you are coming during the season. Patnem Beach is yet another beautiful beach just a minute away. Other natural attractions are at a time distance of 15 minutes to 1 hour like Galgi Baga Beach, Rajbag Beach, Talpona Beach, Agonda Beach, Cola Beach, Kakolem Beach, Cabo De Rama Fort and Beach, Nethravali Wildlife Santuary, Bamanbudo Waterfall, Savri and Mainapi Waterfalls, etc. You will also find multiple cafes, bars, restaurants and small eatery joints within 5 minutes. So for the excusion possibilities, I can give a 10 out of 10. Now, the most important of them all, the cost. I paid 2750 for 3 nights in the first week of August which includes complementary water bottles. So again, a 10 out of 10. Overall, if I was told to rate Bramha Cottages, I would give a 9 out of 10 during offseason and I am pretty sure, it will be a 10 on 10 during the season. Thank you Samrat and Brahma Cottages for a well managed stay. I will hope to...
Read moreThis is the perfect place to stay in South Goa. When we were searching, we were in between booking somewhere along the beach, like a beach hut or Brama Cottage. We are really happy we stayed here. Staff is absolutely amazing. Its a 3min walk to Patnem and a 5min walk to Palolem (though a short cut). Amazing restaurants in the area. A cow everymorning outside the property to say Hi to! Sam & his friends are absolutely amazing. Thank you very much for everything.

Read moreI stayed here for two days, the stay was absolutely beautiful.
The rooms are very well maintained and very near to a secluded beach here. It’s nice to grab beer near the beach since there aren’t many people, it’s more like a personal beach for 2-3 resorts surrounding it.
The host is very cooperative and helpful. He’s a very sweet person!!
Would recommend to stay here it’s very value for money and good experience… :))
There is a nice balcony space to sit as well, and the rooms are spacious. Good cottage...
