La la land Resort — Hotel in Goa

I never have written a bad review but this time I feel compelled so to do. No way any of my friends who visited with me will ever visit this rotten place again! No room service, you have to climb down to the restaurant every time you want even a cup of tea/coffee! Reason? LESS STAFF! Rooms were not cleaned even once during our entire stay of three nights/four days! Reason? LESS STAFF! Changing towels? Was done after 2 days just because we screamed! Absolutely rotten place! Tables in the restaurant were usually cleaned only at about 10 o'clock and not before that. Reason? LESS STAFF! One particular staff in the restaurant had the attitude as if he was obliging us by serving us. Reason? NEW STAFF! We had to repeatedly call for tissue papers on the table at the restaurant. Reason? NEW STAFF! And to top it all, after paying right at the time of check-in for the entire stay of 3 nights/4 days, the Manager came on the 3rd day asking us why we hadn't checked out yet! Reason? As per his SYSTEM, our stay was shown only for 2 nights/3 days! The gentleman simply forgot how much we had paid! Had to show him proof of booking confirmation and then he went away! The air-conditioning was pretty bad, no cooling at all till almost end of the third day. And then they realised that the a/c wasn't working properly because some dried leaves had caught up in the outer unit of the split a/c! | I strongly urge all travellers to DESIST from staying at...

Hi folks, we stayed at this property for 5 nights (18th March - 22nd March 2024) & it was a very good experience.

A big shoutout to mr. Dilkhush, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable & smooth. He was very friendly & east to talk. Dilkhush even made a 4 days itinerary for us & arranged a scooty on one phone call. Whenever we needed something, he was just one phone call away. Thank you mr. Dilkhush for making our stay memorable.

Also a big shoutout to Abbas, he was super friendly & was always ready to help with whatever we needed. We had a movie/sports night the every other day. He always had a smile on his face & used to greet us nicely everyday.

Now speaking about the stay: Location is excellent! A perfect stay away from all the hustle & bustle of the city. It actually gives you the feel of staying in the forest yet very close to the beach. Our room was pretty good & very spacious. We stayed in Honeymoon Suite There were couple of things which needed a fix and it was fixed in no time with the help of mr. Dilkhush. They do have an in-house restaurant & bar. Food was pretty good.

The only thing which needs an improvement is the room service. It was very slow, sometimes it took an hour just for a tea & bread&butter.
