For a new place we do understand that the place is growing.. There are Somethings that need to be improved on...number one... If there is a generator... Which there is... Use it in times of power failure... When you knw power failure is frequent.. Reasons like generator has turned cold is not a reason your guests look for... Nbr 2- make sure your water pumps are always checked.. It makes no sense in waiting for a full eveing to have bath cus ur water pumps r not operational.. Nbr 3- your staff gets the two stars because they are keepn the place going... We were happy with the receptionist and one more staff i wish i knew his name.. But he did a fine job. Nbr 4-disturbing your guests at 130 am is not acceptable... There was am issue where my friends were playing music on their fone... To which wen askd they stopped... After that your security guard told them to stop toking and not to sit at the balcony... On top then come to our room at 130 am.. To creat a ruckus... My company was looking forward with getting affiliated with this brand of viva goa and candolim holiday homes.. Any ways. I hope ths is taken as things to note.. And learn from... Candolim is a wonderful place... Your location is nice... So much...
Read moreThe AC in my room was not working. I complained twice about it to the staff there, Specially the person at the reception. The fan regulator didn't have the knob and I had to use pliers to change the settings Finally the receptionist got one person to my room who looked at the AC and said its fine and there's no problem. This is despite the ac not cooling at all. During that conversation both those people were extremely rude and even asked me if I'm an AC mechanic to know better than them. I asked for the room to be changed but was told that all the rooms were full. I then asked the receptionist for his name which he declined to give, I asked him for the owners name and contact details which he declined to give. After a while he came back to my room and offered to change it. I was in room number 202. The room was changed and the problem was solved. This could have been done much before without creating all this trouble. The receptionist and the AC technician don't have the decency to interact with customers. Read moreThis property is well maintained and neat we stayed 3 nights here this is very next to Kingfisher Villa as this is the last property in the lane it is peaceful and the lane straight away leads to beach which is just 500mtrs away. This property has no exciting views or beach view a Pool is available quite small yet functional which is closed after 7:00pm and there is a shower near the pool area.
We booked this property via Airbnb which was misleading as it was showing as a 3bhk Villa however we were given 3 different rooms next to next on first floor in which one had a kitchen one had a living room and also a photo in Airbnb during our booking is completely irrelevant to this property. Their breakfast is very basic bread, jam, omlete and tea everyday which was not given before 9:45am everyday they ask for veg or non-veg which means you either get jam or omlete. Toiletries are cheap and no dental kit.
