Karma Cafe - Bakery — Restaurant in Goa

Delightful, fresh, crispy, mouth-watering, divine bliss of an angel stroking your tongue with every bite ...

How to describe? When I first passed by to check out this little cute and cosy cafe ... I asked the owner if it was a part of the "German Bakery" chains. Upon which he replied: "you could say so but we are a little different."

A little different??? Karma Cafe is a complete different world, far from the other "ones" I don't even want to mention.

I was living in South Goa 4 years back and lots have changed since, I have gone back to my old vegetarian, vegan cafe's and tried the several new ones who claim to be healthy but not one of them can top Karma Cafe.

So, I keep coming back to Karma Cafe for various reasons:

1. The guys are professional and are focused to deliver time and time again quality fresh food. Whether you're coming for something sweet, fresh, warm or savoury ... ITS DAMN TASTY

2. When I say it’s healthy it is. Some places advertise something what they are not. Here you just taste the freshness on your tongue and the love they put on your plate in your heart.

3. It's clean, not just the cafe but also the kitchen. Hygiene is for sure present here which I highly value. It’s important to know what you’re putting in your body and how its been prepared. Well my body and soul have been deeply nurtured here.

Above all it’s a very peaceful welcoming place where you can either connect with other fellow travellers, or come to work or study.

Dinner at Karma was delicious and relaxing after running some errands and seeking a calm spot to unwind as the sun slowly began to go down for the day.

The spicy Thai noodles with tofu has plenty going on to keep me happy flavor wise; only thing I'd add is more peanut sauce during the cooking, but that's a personal preference since I prefer more sauce rather than less with all noodle dishes. 😂 Either way, I recommend it if you enjoy and can handle spicy.

To help keep things cool, the Apple Basil Lime tea was on point! Exactly the kind of light beverage you'd want to refresh you while soaking up the sun (and hot spices).

The service was excellent as well, as the waiter who took care of me was super friendly. I felt completely welcome throughout my time there, even when I lazed a bit longer while having a cold coffee and catching up on WhatsApp voice notes. So if you're looking for a cafe with a big menu, good quality & service, and cozy space, this is definitely a spot worth...

What a waste of time and energy ….. worthless !!! Went there coz of the reviews … but then i think the reviews are all forged … For a plain sunny side up .. they took 1 hr !!!! In the name of muesli they gave “RAW POHA” attaching the photo for the reference !!!

The star of the worst experience was the server … who is rudee … stubborn and a very illogical guy … who has zero knowledge about the food !! He better be on streets cooking on roadside Chinese stalls rather than a server!!

Complete ruined our morning positive vibes …. We had to cancel our other orders as it was getting more and more delayed ( more than 1hr for Hummus)

Just to give a brief….. Omelette was burnt … Coffee was below average …. Bread was doughy and heavy … Fruits were only the thing we had without any complaints…. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALLL !!!
