Named after the Spanish word for 'gorgeous', Guapa offers amazing cocktails, great food, better music and a whole lotta love. Every single dish and cocktail that I tried in this place was wholesome and delectable. So wholesome and delectable, in fact, that I ended up going there two nights in a row, just to cover as much of their menu as I could.
If you do visit the place (and you should!), I'd recommend you try: the Pulled Pork Burger - this is a must have the Bomba de Barcelona, followed by the Steak Tartare Toast. These go amazingly well with the 'Nuevo Monk', a rum based cocktail they make there (with tons of crushed ice). their Guapa Style Prawns Pan Fried Pork belly
For desserts, try the Basque Cheesecake, if you can still fit it in. And I also had these two other amazing cocktails 'Basil Smash' & 'Pinapple Chilli Margarita'. Highly recommended!
Although I spent most of my time focussing on the food, what really made me vibe with the place is the overall coziness of it! Sid and Priyanka (the hosts) have given the place a very warm vibe which immediately makes you feel right at home! They're also great at suggesting food and drink combinations from their menu, so do ask them for their recommendations before you order!
All in all, I had a great time and can't wait to...

Guapa is an absolute delight tucked away in the heart of Morjim. This Spanish-inspired kitchen and bar not only brings coastal Goa to life with its relaxed, vibrant vibe but also delivers a culinary experience that's both soulful and satisfying.
The ambiance is effortlessly chic — think open-air seating, warm lighting, and the kind of music that makes you want to stay for one more drink. Whether you're walking in for a sundowner or settling in for a leisurely dinner, Guapa sets the perfect mood.
Their menu is elaborate yet well-curated, balancing Spanish favorites with fresh local ingredients. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. But what really took the experience to the next level? The desserts.
The churros are hands down some of the best we've had — perfectly crisp on the outside, soft inside, and served with rich chocolate and caramel dips that are dangerously addictive. The tiramisu too was a creamy, dreamy affair with just the right hit of coffee and mascarpone.
It’s rare to find a place that nails both the vibe and the food — Guapa manages both effortlessly. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy great food, refreshing drinks, and an unforgettable...
Read moreWe stumbled upon this gem while trying to find a place for dinner along the street where our hotel was located. Attached photos of empty plates…says everything it needs to about the food. Those staying in Morjim - or not, as it’s totally worth driving to - I highly recommend visiting this brilliant restaurant. Some of the best food we had in Goa. We had the steak tartare (a personal favourite), the pork belly, the beef bomba, the empanadas, the vegetarian mushroom and parmesan churros, the avocado tostadas, and the very unique but refreshing ceviche. All are highly commendable and fits every appetite - they have individual tapas and tapas to share, plus main dishes if you’re ravenous. Their cocktails were also some of the best we’ve had - balanced and potent. We recommend the Guapa Sour, Basil Smash, and the Bartender’s Special.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. The vibe was beautiful, we loved both the live music and the recorded music they were playing.
10/5, will definitely be going back here when we...
