No facilities as per mentions on the booking sites No hot water Wifi is turned off usually you want to call the owner to turn it on and that is also useless hardly 100kbps speed during the stay, the service staff didn’t even approached to clean the room or check if we need any help No fridge or cooking facilities You’ll get pungent smell in the room because of moisture trapped in the the walls AC is fine but leaks water almost every time, the AC wires passes through bathroom and there too it keeps leaking Outside rooms the overall hotel is very dirty The natives living below the hotel are very rude, they might be getting some incentives from hotel owner but very rude in behaviour with the tourists, they’ll park there vehicles in the way and if you move the vehicles a bit to take out our vehicles they will scream at you like you’re a worker under them The bed is having fungus on it and yet not changed No drinking water filter, you have to 3-4 times then the staff will give you bisleri and later on will start applying bisleri charges The garbage cans are hardly cleaned anytime it’s all filled with garbage outside the rooms

Pls don't believe on the photos posted on Google or Fab portal. It's totally fake!!! We got unused room on the day of arrival which had broken furniture, insects, stains on headrest & basic facilities like exhaust fan, geyser, TV are not in working condition. They didnt even repaired till the next day of our checkout.

Fab customer care is also fooling customers by giving fake assurance of service within 30 mins. Fab hotel team have not taken action against hotel manager Mr. Param shekhawat even after complaining multiple times. Very unprofessional behaviour.

This hotel don't event deserve 1 star rating...this is my genuine experience. PLS DON'T FALL INTO THIS TRAP.

Fab hotel team is liable to pay ₹1200 as per their promises in advertisement. But so far I have been told to get ₹300 refund for the poor service which is...

This place is a waste of space. The rooms are extremely unhygienic. The room I booked was completely different from the images that have been show on the portal. There were smelly pillows. Mattresses. The windows did not open. The TV did not work. There was no AC remote. There were cockroaches in the wardrobe. There were used pillows & mattresses in the wardrobes. Plus extra mattresses were kept in a manner that it ruined the entire aesthetic of the room. There was no hot water; rather there was no water. When asked about hot water, the property manager said we need to use a hot water rod. The bathroom smelly extremely disgusting. Overall i would suggest do not book this hotel. Rather do not book any fabhotel’s hotel. As fabhotel support team is useless. They do not support you in...
