OYO 24256 Royal Mirage Beach Resort — Hotel in Goa

It's so worst, hotel and service. Even to give one star is also a giving respect to it but it is is not eligible for one star also. On first night observed there was no bulb available in the bathroom. No hanger to hang clothes, no cupboards in the room, no Television, no telephone. On second day AC stopped working. Informed to the staff, he tried his level to make it working, but invain, it doesn't worked till we left the room. He informed that he will arrange another room to stay for the night. But he didn't came back and we had to manage with the available situation. On third night when came back from conference found no water to the toilet, to bath which was very worst ever situation. Even in the morning till our checkout situation was the same. After giving hard words to him provided a water which was a dirty in look. We managed some how with it. And finally vecated the room. I will never ever suggest this to anyone. I also informed to the reception that I'm going to give this feedback on Google, but observed he didn't care about it. Worst ever...

Not sure why did we ended up in this place.. we 4 of us(family) booked two rooms. Our bad luck stated on the day we enter where they have two rooms separated 200 mts.. path way to one room no lights and rooms were stinky. Bed sheets stinks the floor was dusty bathroom no mug no hot water firstly no coverage for bath room window a plain plastic mesh and the window is towards the staircase 😑 other room it's like for old rooms some fittings they have done here n there and selling the rooms.. but not sure the hotel had only foreigners.. at the end.. I didn't have any option to not to rate any star so one star.. but its not even equal to a single star hotel.. they are better.. the service boys serves the complementary BF.. they serve it like for beggers they are serving..U ask that food has got over they say no stock in kitchen.. so plz don't go with families.. guys alone cud some...

Low budget hotel, with swimming pool. Hotel staff behavior was rude to all guests.Payment accepted in CASH only .I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights through OYO . Initially room which was given to us was not even cleaned,used plate and towels were still not changed . AC was dripping water inside room. We were given another room after 1hour which was sightly better.Staff will ask for your mobile phone while checkout stating they need to see oyo app and will give rating themself (cleard my doubt about how they managed such a good rating ) No eggs included in complimentary breakfast.location wise is close to candolim beach with nice restaurant close to hotels(hotel kitchen menu has very limited option ) .
