OYO 36911 Stay Longer Guest House — Hotel in Goa

Dirty Bedsheets, towels, bathroom door not working, germs all over the table, 100s of reason to not visit in this OYO hotel, please do yourself a favour find a 4 star + up hotel... It's only near beach nothing's good... Not a single thing!!!

I booked this hotel for 3 days and paid the full amount in cash without seeing the rooms cleanliness and I noticed the dirtiest hotel ever visited, I modified my bookings but they didn't refunded me, and asked me to talk to oyo now Oyo is not responding...

Pay Online instead, don't listen to them network not available, they have WiFi connection, and you'll get the network if you step outside the hotel, don't repeat my mistake, if I had paid online I could've got refund easily...

Or just cancel your booking right now.. first I made a mistake of not taking people's negative review seriously, you don't do the same.

Food is Average with the price they offer, However they keep Foreigners on priority no matter what or any foreigner ordering anything, complementary things r offered for them and not to any Indians I felt ashamed that majority of Indian people ate so many things but nothing was provide where as in front of us free things were been served...

Horrible experience. Rooms were dirty, towel, bedsheet and pillow which was provided was used by someone and not washed, ac doesn't work, even the toilet drainage is jam, they have spitted stains of paan in windows . They give self ratings in Oyo to show it good. Worst. Not even worthy to...
