Absolutely Disappointed – Not Family Friendly at All”

I had one of the worst experiences at Ronaldo’s in Baga. This place is definitely not suitable for families. To even reach your room, you’re forced to walk through a bar area — where drunk patrons openly stare, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially for women. My wife felt unsafe and disrespected the entire time. The rooms were filthy and smelled horrible. The washroom was in terrible condition – stained toilets, broken taps, and a foul smell throughout. Switchboards were either broken or hanging out dangerously. The bed was in a pathetic state – torn, dirty sheets that looked like they hadn’t been washed in weeks, with visible stains and an unbearable stink. There was no sense of hygiene or basic maintenance. The staff seemed indifferent to complaints and the entire property felt neglected and unhospitable. The information provided in the make my trip ( MMT) was really misleading ( Screenshot attached ). In MMT the price was showing 1449 RS for 4 people. As we were students we really hope that was a better deal.we went directly to the hotel to check the room and I told the person who is in the front desk that I am going to book the deal which was showing in MMT.He told me that don't book through MMT, instead he will give the rooms at same price which is displayed in the MMT.He refused to book through MMT and I agreed finally.He had done all check in procedures there after and I have given 2000 RS to him and waiting for the balance amount .I was really shocked by the act from the receptionist .He told me to gave him 800 RS more.As I told we were in a budget trip we have no option other than giving the money .The people sitting in the reception threatened us.i wouldn't recommend to anyone who needs good...

It's better to start looting business rather than hotel business because they are good at threatening customers .Myself and my friends went for a 1 day stay at HOTEL RONALDO and my experience with them was really terrible .The service provided by them was really pathetic. Everything can be compromised but the threatening attitude of the front desk people shall not be tolerated.As we were far away from the home town we didn't have any option other than obeying what they were saying.Owner sir please note as your property is near to Baga beach you may get customers,please bear in mind this is not the right way of running hotels customer satisfaction is very important.The attitude of the front desk staff made our journey really terrible.Personelly I won't recommend this...
