Rock Bite — Hotel in Goa

Had a visit to this hotel last week. The road taking to this property is very narrow and only 1 vehicle can go at a time on that road. This becomes a con when someone wants to stay in the hotel. Suggest not go go by big vehicle, instead prefer bike. Rooms were big and clean. Only thing was that the locks of bathroom of our room was not working. Also secondly no hot water was available throughout our stay.

It looks like the development work is going on and thus the stay over there may make one uncomfortable. A suggestion for the hotel to widen the road and cut down the trees in between.

Breakfast and dinner were tasty and the tea was also very nice. 5 stars for food. The location is perfect for all who love beachside stays. The staff over there was supportive and courteous.

Pro's ‐--------- Location - It's a beach connecting property so you can directly go on morjim Beach outside this hotel. Food and hot beverages served there was very tasty Rooms are big and clean. Staff in restaurant is very cooperative and down to earth.

Con's Approach road is very narrow and the work is going on that should be informed to the travellers coming to stay there. Excavated sand was dumped in the open area outside reception where vehicles are parked. Hope this will move soon.q Shaded parking is available but only 1 car can be parked, 2 more cannot be parked due to a grown up tree in front of the shade. If you want yo check out early say around 6 or 7, there is no one at reception to collect keys. Due to less staff, they can't make food available...

Honest review after staying in the hotel for few nights.

Staff behaviour: Very pathetic. They never listen your words and start arguing. Very rude behaviour. Restaurant owner treated like he is Don of the area and talk with you in very load and angry voice. IF YOU HAVE ANY TROUBLE LIKE AC ISSUE, WATER LEAKAGE, ETC NOBODY AVAILABLE AFTER 9. NOBODY PICKUP YOUR CALLS.

Room Condition: We slept 3 persons on the bed because there are aunts, big aunts and cockroaches every where in the room. Ask many times, but person sitting in the office is very rude and didn't do anything. He had not arrange different room nor he had not asked anyone to clean the room.

Washroom condition: Very very very poor. You feel like a hell. You can not sit more than 5 mins in the washroom. Very dirty and aunt, big aunt, cockroaches, mosquitoes every where.

Restaurant: Very lazy cook and took almost 1 hour for a single food even though no customer is there. Breakfast is serving only one item per person with only 3 options like poha, jam bread and aloo Paratha. Very bad behaviour of the owner.

Location: Hotel is on the beach. But you dont get any sitting arrangement on the beach or near the beach.

Swimming Pool: Only one pool and no pool for Kids. Pool is also very deep and children cannot take bath without tube.

DON'T GO THERE EVEN THEY ASK FREE ACCOMODATION IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAYS. I STAYED THERE BECAUSE OF GOOGLE REVIEWS BUT OUR HOLIDAYS...

Guys, First off all I booked this place directly through google search and this was my second visit to this place. It’s simple marvellous, plus beautiful and amazing place to stay. The sea beach is just 100-200 meters away from your cottage. Plus the hotel staff were so much helpful and kind hearted people. We were simply thrilled with their hospitality and seriously they put some serious hardwork maintaining the property. The sea food was amazingly tasty, but if you want to order crab then you have to place order in advance, the restaurant staff - Mr. Tilak Raj Sharma and their crew are so much down to earth and helpful people and they will never disappoint you with their marvellous ans commendable service. Overall our stay was memorable and the beach here is Crystal clear and you can see sea creatures in the sea shore, the water is not dirty. The place is so much peaceful and far far better than Baga and Calangute noise, you will never regret booking this place for vacation, it’s both couple and family friendly.
