DIKHAO PAR MAT JAOOO, APNI AKKAL LADAO !! This is what I could advise for.people looking at this property. If you are bunch of bag packers, may b u wd like this but I strongly not advise it for families. Our end of the road trip was completely messed up by this property. Dont fill in the quick enquiry form which is listed on this site..Apparently, what we learnt which I still dont believe at all, that is of their booking agent. Why on earth, property owner wd list an agents number on their website. Whoever is ths contact person, will harass you to make payments on urgent basis wthout any valid infor..We had done booking fr wooden cottages looking at pdf images whch wre really impressive. Bt they do differ in reality. We wre big family of 8 adults inclusng 75 yr old snr ctzn, along wth 2 2yr old twinnies. . Firstly, even google maps may be was hintiing us wth negative vibes since thr property wasnt traceable on it too..Its right in middle of nowhere just close to beach. We ended up reaching at dark, so it was just hopeless drive to reach property itself. Then no parking available on propety so park your cars in dark, outside on roads lil farway at your own risk..wow Nxt comes the rooms. They promote their properties fr eco friendly environmnt. So imagine in rustic wooden wall structure, of course wth flaws, small bathroom round shaped barely to open up your arms fully too,Tiny winy toilets, rooms wth easy accessible to flies, insects.etc, dark & gloomy...So the rooms looked over chrgd fr reality than pdfs Beach is accessible , right at the other end, but it isnt that clean..yes it is non commercial lonely beach though. Coming to F& B. They ve their own restaurant wth overly priced menu Coming to highlight, you cnt drink your own booze as Excise Offcrs trouble..Lol, in Era of GST, On Goan beaches, and irony of this beach being in middle of nowhere, whch excise offcr wd come to trouble. if thats case, All.shacks/ beaches and travellers to Goa wd be definitely doomed. So its nothing bigger ruckus of this property. Mind you, none of this is mentioned on their website or any of rules/ regulations Thanks Amit fr being so wonderful to meet & greet as soon as we entered wth Im so helpless attitude inspite of seeing our ply of family. The owners, inspite of being to witness all thr drama were unapologetic. Mind you, we ve enough data to prove that how you and your agent ve harassed by consjtent calls, whatspp chats tl make the paymnts. Since we hd Women, snr ctzn & kids and we reached late, we wre helpless to stay at property fr night.Becuase we threatened to take up this on social media, we were gvn to choice of exitng propety On our 2nd day I assume. Likely, we moved to some other property fr 2nd day stay and We managed to cancel our stay here cos of these issues. Never wd recommend this fr families wth such bad customer service and ruthless attitude. Agree wth Tanmoy & workshops on their reviews .Completely Ruined our end of road trip journey by choosng...

The location of the property is good. But experience was bad. We reached a little early than the checkich time. We asked the reception that we have an enaem from treeboo that if check in was adter 10am it shall be free subject to if the room is ready. We had to waste sometime on that issue. After reading the email the management was convinced. We had booked room type oak. The bathroom was in the room itself, with no enclosure. It's advisible not to go for oak. We asked for an upgradation. First we were told that for upgradation we had to pay 1000/- on the total price (total price was 6797/- from 11th Oct -15th October). So we agreed. After we agreed we were informed that we had to pay 1000/- per night. We did a little bit of negotiation. We didn't like the dishonest intention of the hotel management. Moreover the owner was sitting at the hotel reception but remained quite and didn't intervene. Which was very unprofessional. We were upgraded to Maple. The room was a little bigger and fitted with tiles.

The day we reached there was no power. Unfortunately the Genset installed at the property couldn't take the load of AC and fan together nor the lights. Keeping in mind the climate of Goa, we had no other option than to sit outside at the restaurant and wait for electricity. There was no dustbin in the room. After repeated requests/reminders on 14tha dustbin was provided. The bathroom was not cleaned day to day basis nor was the room. As there was sand on the bathroom floor. And the tea bag pouches remained on the tray. Every afternoon and evening there is power cut and as already mentioned the genset wasn't being able to take the load.

For 10,500/- it was not worth it. That too during the start of the season when it not even the...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Village Susegat beach resort, Morjim North Goa along with family & friends and was thoroughly impressed by both the service and the dining experience. Inspite of having less staff due to off season & heavy monsoon. This was my second visit here.

Service: The service at resort was very good from the moment we arrived, as could swiftly check in with our toddler, villa is beautifully maintained, well cleaned & kept ready for us. The staff greeted us warmly and were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for food, arranging vehicles on rent& taxis or attending to our room requirements promptly. They were friendly, professional, and willing to assist. There was some network & Wifi issue though probably due to bad weather.

Food: One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience as food was freshly prepared as per demand, as they had complimentary breakfast(veg/nonveg options) & 1meal as per monsoon offer for the group bookings. The resort boasts a variety of dining options, each offering delicious and well-presented dishes, and has a wide selection of both local and international dishes to choose from. The quality of the food matched the stunning beachside views (except in monsoon months). Overall Experience: Our experience at resort exceeded in terms of both service and food. As thoroughly enjoyed by both the service and the dining experience. I would recommend Village Susegat beach resort for anyone looking to enjoy a Beach side stay in north goa with good service and...

My stay at Susegat Beach Resort has been nothing short of a rejuvenating escape. Nestled along the pristine coastline, this tropical haven offered a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. The warm, welcoming staff made me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived, ensuring every aspect of my stay was seamless. The resort's well-appointed accommodations provided a stunning view of the crystal-clear waters, creating a serene ambiance that instantly melted away the stresses of everyday life. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting a harmonious blend of comfort and coastal elegance. Susegat's culinary offerings exceeded expectations, with a diverse menu that showcased fresh, local ingredients. From delectable seafood to international cuisines, each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds. Dining by the beach at sunset was a particularly magical experience, creating lasting memories. The resort's attention to detail extended to its recreational facilities, offering a range of activities or explore the nearby attractions, there was always something enjoyable to do. Susegat's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices added an extra layer of appreciation to my stay. Knowing that the resort prioritizes environmental responsibility enhanced the overall sense of well-being during my time there. In essence, Susegat Beach Resort provided an idyllic retreat where luxury met nature, leaving me with a profound sense of relaxation and a desire to return to this coastal paradise.

I am out of words about this experience. This place is run by bunch of money minded un mindful people. We struggled 2 days without hot water and finally checked out. We opted for the most costly room and flush in the washroom didn't work for 2 days, despite requesting to fix. Though they said, that they have own car parking ... this place clearly does not own any parking and I had to park my vehicle in open road like anyone else. If it rains, one have to walk through 100 meters of thick muddy road to hotel from parking. If compared with hotels nearby this place's rate was pretty high. So during checkout I had an argument with the management where they agreed to waive off living cost for one day. Still I wanted others to know about my experience and so I posted this comment. But after this post I received a threat from the management (screenshot as attached ). They just ruined me and my families holiday. I will strongly recommend people to avoid this place. I drove 10 hours with my kid and spouse and they turned my holiday into a complete curse. I'm not sure if the rest of the reviews are original or fake as I was trapped seeing those. Other hotels in the same location is available at half of the cost. At the day of check out they stopped the water at washroom from 9 am. I am completely shattered while writing this review. Want to help others from having this kind of nightmare some experience. No hot water, no parking, bad manager #SatyamevJayate

Susegad comes from the Portuguese word ‘sossagado’, literally meaning ‘quiet’. It refers to the laid-back way of life that is said to have existed historically in Goa, a former Portuguese territory. Our stay here at Village Susegat depicts every element of the #susegad #life: a relaxed attitude and enjoyment of life to the fullest!♥️💚💙 Village Susegat Beach Resort in Goa provides cozy accommodation in independent rooms, each with a patio! Situated on the Morjim Beach, the resort is also home to the seafront 'Blues- the Ocean Lounge' restaurant and bar, which serves both regional and continental food. Completely nestled in lush greenery, it is very close to the major restaurants and tourist attractions in Morjim. Every room has air conditioning, a TV with DTH/cable, a closet, an intercom, an attached bathroom with hot water, WiFi, toiletries, free parking and additional on-site services. Overall, I would highly recommend this ‘Susegat’ stay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach. The combination of beautiful scenery, delicious food and exceptional service make it the perfect destination for a memorable vacation.
