First of all I would like to wholeheartedly thank the owner Mr.Sandeep who is a man down to earth, his professionalism towards his work in maintaining the homestay or talking to the guests is tremendous! Hassle free check in and check out without any fuss is just because of his organised manner in his business. I gave him a lot of trouble for recommendations about food and multiple things and he answered each and every query of mine in a humble manner which is not quite seen around the owners of other properties in Goa, talking about the homestay it is an exquisite experience staying over there like home away from home! Even the property manager (his mother) is so sweet and welcoming. The homestay is safely secured from every corner with CCTV coverage 24/7, the usage of the technology here is the good part. Cozy and good vibes, neat and clean apartments and ventilated balconies.

A very good homestay in Candolim area. It located only a few metres by the road. Candolim beach is at 10 mins walking distance. Several restaurants, bakeries, alcohol stores etc are located nearby. In this homestay, double bedded rooms and 1BHK apartments (having kitchens) are available. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Bathroom is clean, toilet is of western style. The rooms in first floor have a small balcony. The rooms also have an electronic kettle with plates, cups, spoons, forks and dishwasher. There is a mirror with proper lighting and hangers in the cupboard. They provide clean drinking water. There is wifi connection. The owner is very helpful and kind. Let's start with the owners absolutely top notch first class 👍nothing was an issue we arrived early morning had booked a room but before arriving Sandeep the owner rang me and said I have another room more suitable but I declined I wish I had listened 🤣 so I messaged and Sandeep put us in the other room 👍 the apartment was spotless, air conditioning and ceiling fan was excellent WiFi was great linen and towels changed every 3 days also supplied 5 litres of water free whenever required I would also like to add Sandeep and his wife Youlanda had not seen us for a day or two so we heard a knock on the door it was Youlanda checking to see if we were OK 👍 I think that was a lovely touch thank you 😘 Sandeep and Youlanda thank you for everything will be returning...
