This Local Goan Hotel in Candolim Goa, is one of the hidden Gem that serves authentic Goan food and well known for their breakfast. I have seen lots of Reels of local Goan influencers recommending this place for their lip-smacking delicious food and that too pocket friendly. As soon as I reached candolim, I checked-in to my hotel and came here to have breakfast with my wife. I have ordered Watermelon juice, basic Idli sambhar plate, masala dosa and Ros Omlette with Pav. Watermelon juice was freshly prepared and served chilled. Idli sambhar plate was tasty, idlis are so soft and sambhar was thick with lots of veggies. Masala Dosa was also good with a generous amount of Aloo masala in it but a bit softer. I prefer dosa to be a bit crispy. Ros Omlette with Pav had first time in my life and it was mind blowing. Ros served was so delicious,having an authentic Goan Curry flavour which was rich, creamy and has a good amount spices. Highly recommended dish. You have an amazing taste in food so, you don’t need to focus on this anymore. Game changer in your menu would be if you can add one additional page for healthier menu (like ex. Low Sugar chai/ Ice from Bisleri water and sugarless juice, Fish caught Today, detox juice with ginger, super hydrating juice, un-fried fish…) You can make the service bit more friendlier with a smile. Provide every waiter a T-shirt with your restaurant name and same pants/shorts. It doesn’t cost much and in fact you can increase the cost of the dishes. Atmosphere has lot to improve. Menu pages are dirty, My table was not cleaned which is absolutely unhygienic. You can renovate the place little bit, use ceramic plates to serve, they are easy to clean as well! and keep the place in general more cleaner. Keep a dedicated cleaner if needed!! The restaurant serves a variety of cuisines, such as Goan, Fast Food, South Indian, Juices, Beverages, and Shakes. But the highlight of the place is Ross Omelet. I can easily say this is the best Ross omelet in whole goa. Its fresh, tasty and juicy. Try it with poi if available.
