This place is a terrible property with a highly rude and illiterate owner, does not basic decency or even a basic sense of Hospitality. We had booked through OYO rooms and we found below issues:|Location - Runs alongside a very big drain and is in an isolated place.|Breakfast: Forget any buffet or anything, you are entitled only for a single pathetically cooked street side food and ONE SINGLE EGG. Yes, if you do not like their horrible dish which they have cooked in a highlt dirty kitchen, you can then only have one egg. They also do not have a proper dining area, you need to have it in open under the scorching heat.|Owner - He will in front of you insult you by telling their staff that he does not care about anything, or OYO. Watever is there, guests have to have it. This is my property. These were his words. And then the entire staff started making fun of us.|This happened only because we just informed OYO about the issue. Moreover he was arguing horribly in front of us with the OYO staff. Man - You lack even a basic decency.|Safety: With such owner and staff - this place is very unsafe...

I recently stayed for 3 days at North 39 in Goa and had a very positive experience. The hotel offered a great value for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Rupesh who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
