Mandrem is a seaside Village and Mandrem Beach is one of the less crowded beach in North Goa. This beach is situated between Ashwem Beach and Arambol Beach. One Can walk and reach this beach from Arambol Beach, both are adjacent to each other. Mandrem, originally named as Manjrey, was converted to Mandrem by Portuguese. Mandrem Beach is famous for its spectacular color full sunset, White Sand and lines of Palm trees. Fortunately we were there during Sun Set and I really enjoyed those scenic views. If you are looking for a peaceful and picturesque gateway in Goa, then Mandrem Beach is the perfect place to visit. Please visit Mandrem beach during high tides, when the sea water gushes into a parallelly running creek. This Mandrem creek is a dissecting river which divides the Mandrem beach into two parts. There is small Portuguese fort close to Mandrem, which is also nice place to visit.

One of the most cleanest, beautiful and peaceful beaches in Goa. I've visited Vagator, Baga, Anjuna, Arambol, Ashvem beaches other than this, and I liked Mandrem beach the most. It's less crowded. I think that there are less tourists here, and many people here are locals who come for an evening jog or yoga at the time of sunset. I highly recommend here going for a sunset, you'll enjoy a serene sunset here without much crowd and boats in the water. Important point - To enter this beach, you need to cross a bridge. At the time when I'm writing this review, the location on google maps is a little misleading. It leads to a private property which has a private bridge to this beach, and they'll ask money for the same. Around 50 meters away for there, is a public bridge to enter this beach.

Nice peaceful and neat beach.. can spend some peaceful time here with family and friends.. You can spot crabs frequently here on the beach.. To reach this beach, we have to cross a small water body through a bridge.. These bridges are private properties of restaurants.. They ask you to eat and drink to use the bridge for free.. else they will charge you 20 rupees per person to use the bridge.. These restaurants feel like beach is their property and start arguing with tourists for enrty tickets.. There are a lot of shacks and restaurants on the beach.. can get food and drinks.. Best time to visit is early mornings and evenings..

Among North Goa's greatest beaches! calm, serene, and less crowded. wasn't crowded on any of the days I visited. It's a rather remote location where you'll need to park on the street and down some stairs. You may witness the stunning hues of the sunset on a clear day. This location meets all of your expectations if you want quiet, tidy, and tranquil times without loud music. On the beach, you may see individuals practicing yoga and other arts. A lovely location to reawaken your inner child. The number of Indians is lower than that of foreigners. There are a few food shacks on the beach and a few food shacks on the road.
