FOURTEEN PODS — Hotel in Goa

Ok to be honest.. the rooms are new and neat and clean as it is a new hostel ( don’t get me wrong….. it is not a hotel but a worcation settlement ) They claim they have 14 pods/rooms . Yes on the face of it , it seems , but i think only 3-4 are functional .||Because it seemed there were not many rooms occupied while we were there for a night and the next morning the nepalese bell boy posing as a Manager ( who always had his head down in the smartphone ) literally pushed us out by 12 pm . ||If the owners read this review, they should take note that employing cheap does not mean efficient . He is not even suitable as a errand boy . This gesture of the employee was unacceptable as we were the only ones it seemed in the hostel and his mannerism while checking out was inhospitable. |The pictures in the site and holiday booking apps are same BUT another notable and down side was the stinking washrooms of the ground floor. I think they have an issue with drainage and septic tank. You literally will rush out of the washroom with the job half done . ||But the other two guys / helpers , one at the kitchen and another for house keeping were courteous. I think the present manager / errand boy at the desk should be trained or replaced . ||Another thing they don’t have any restaurant, signage & card...

The staff is great but the caretaker Amrit dharmadikari is a unprofessional host , rude , u accomodating , does not cater to any needs , the acs dont work , the water is inconsistent , the furniture breaks as you sit down on it , i hurt myself and the property was least concerned abou the injuries i retained , the caretaker is least bothered about the service instead trying to make an extra buck under his owners nose and pushing for extra money always , keeping it off the books , gives you ultimatems and threats of you not being a local , unfortunately we were locals of the state and he had a tough time negotiating , and was surprised when he came to know wea re hospitality professionals , audits needs to be conducted on the place and their star grade needs to be reduced , water dripping from everywhere , no clean linen , no amenities , not even hot water , i don't know ahat they are charging for , this is basically spitting in someone's face in name of hospitality , worst experience i have had in Goa so far , and kudos to the host for ruining the reputation of the place , I'm going to write a review on any possible platform to make people aware of the scam going on here , even the mattresses are 3rd grade , not worth...
