Comfort Inn Snow Park By Choice Hotels International — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

I have been there with my family from 26 july to 29 july in junior suite. Though we have arrived there early around 10 am & supposed to check-in 12. But we have a word with Kamna Sharma (such a professional representative) and finally for the meantime we have been allocated another room, which reflected their commitment flexibility towards their service user, this left a positive impact on us. Thanks to kamna who took up our booking case and expediently handled During out visit we have been looked after amazingly. Staff were courteous ad professional in almost all the areas, specifically the Person who has served us our candle light dinner. Though food option we chooses as a buffet, however there is room service option available too from their menu, but were able to get adequate veg option there, not to mention their dosa was so delicious, though I was not so fancy eating it. But after giving it a go it was absolutely worthwhile. Cereal, fruit and tea were good too.

We had visited the hotel from 25 to 28 Dec 2021. The trip booking was done via TripFactory. Our stay here was very pleasant. The room was super nice, the blankets very clean, and appeared brand new. The staff in the hotel are very polite. Breakfast and Dinner were very nice too. We had reached the hotel very late but the restaurant in the hotel was very kind enough to have extended the dinner timings for that day. When we got to the hotel the rooms were kept ready with the Extra Bed and Blanket that we had requested. This first time we had an experience that things were already in place. Most of the other hotels after reaching we have to remind hotels that we had booked with an extra bed.

In case we plan a trip again to Manali we would definitely prefer staying here and will also recommend this hotel to friends and family.
