Pathetic service... High prices. Problem is that on this road this is the only decent restaurant. Rest all are either dhabas or hotel restauranta. Why I called it pathetic service-1. I was went there 2 times for dinner. It was served after 50mins. Too long to wait for dinner. I was not the only one, it happened with everyone and few customers screamed after 40-50 mins. Here comes pathetic part.....Lady sitting there who took all orders, served us , didn't bother at all when customer said I will leave if dinner is not served in next 5mins. When I said after 50mins wait that atleast serve me noodles or anything which is ready she murmured "order hee kitna kiya he tune jo ek-ek karke serve kar du". I wanted to leave hearing that but didn't because it was already 11pm and I wasn't sure if I would find another restaurant. Silver lining....food taste was fine... prices were little high but I was fine with that because usually prices are high in...

The worst ever experience of calling a delivery from this restaurant. one and a half hour and counting but the parcel has not been delivered. They lie on the phone on asking about the status. Twice was told it's packed and left from there restaurant. And half an hour later and three calls later the response is the same ...the parcel has left from their place. The restaurant is hardly 5mins drive from our hotel. So may be this is their way of saying....we are doing exceptionally well and our food is so yummy that u have to wait until it's delivered. And just for the record. Another 10mins and they have stopped answering calls. So if you want such an awesome experience while you are on a holiday...then pls go ahead and experience this...

Guys this place is serving awesome, delicious food. I had ordered the food as they are delivering everywhere in Manali which is the best part. I had ordered Palak Paneer which are tasty, lacha paranthas are good as well. Veg fried rice is super tasty & one should try it. Food, taste, delivery all are very good. Credit goes to red chilly's owner Mr. Pradeep & his wife. she is handling this place very well. Friends I would really like to recommend this place to everyone especially people living in manali. Highly...
