Hotel Kenview — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

I was doubtful about the service after reading past reviews, but my travel agent suggested me to have a visit and decide. I travelled 1st week of Feb with my family that includes My wife and two kids below 6 years. My opinion changed after visiting. This hotel has different kinds of rooms with different spaces with balcony and mountain view. It has 24 X 7 hot water facilities. Staff are helpful with quick response. They served a tasty, hygienic breakfast and dinner which was included in my package, it saved my pocket. They served only Veg. Came first time to Manali with lots of hope, but it was my worst experienced. Especially the receptionist named HARRY is very cruel, no manners how to talk, and the main thing was he was giving DHAMKI in everything. Like dekhta hu tumlog yaha se kaise Jaa paate ho. One of the worst Hotel experiences I ever had. Hotel owner should immediately fire his staff HARRY. He doesn't think before speaking and doesn't have manners on how to speak to Ladies and guests. He thinks himself a Rowdy guy and tries to impose his thoughts on us. All rooms are mostly filled with the Party Group with Bottles around the floor and entrance.
