We were travelling to manali as a group of families. We have visited this hotel on the month of June this year. We booked for 3 night 4 days and we booked 4 rooms. On first day we reached around 11 PM and checked in. Checkin experience was good. Room were allotted within few minutes. When we entered into the room Bedsheets were not cleaned, Pillow cover and quilt cover was dirty. In fact pillows had bad smell and hairs were sticked over the pillows also in bathroom, hand wash kits etc were not available. I called the room service and asked for the kit and they arrange within 15 mins. which was fine. Though, when I asked to change the bed sheet housekeeper come with another bedsheet which was not cleaned. I have denied to accept and then called again the room service. After probing of around 30-40 mins I knew that laundry service did not deliver the clothes and all rooms are served used bed cover, pillow cover and other clothing accessories.
The worse thing is that they did not have even a single bedsheet to change. I have been waiting till 1 AM after that somehow I managed with my own arrangement, because I had no other option. Room was not cleaned, Even chairs, tables, and floor has dust. when I asked they explained windows was open so dust came in.
2nd day, manager had apologies for the issues we had and he had assured me that they will shift me to another room which has better views and comparatively cleaned they have shown me and I was assured that they will not repeat the mistake as they are accepting it. I have stayed back to the same hotel with different room. They have changed 2 of our room to better view bigger in size and comparatively cleaner. When we reached in the evening after commute around 10 PM, Happily entered into the room and plugged in my Iphone electric socket to charge and went to washroom to get fresh. Due to the spark in the socket I had charger had stopped working. It was original charger. Geaser was not working in the washroom and also the tap on wash basin was not stable. It was really frustrating experience now. I have called the room service and they said these things cannot be sorted in night and they will take care of these by tomorrow morning. somehow we tried to manage here again.
3rd day I have conveyed my feeling by crossing my finger, we have already spent enough time and only one night was left to stay, we were a group of people staying in four rooms so was difficult to shift to another hotel and thought we can manage just one night and then we will leave. Also things were better than before so somehow getting settled.
When we reached on the 3rd evening around 5 PM, Electricity was fluctuating we were being told that they are working and will get this sorted in another 5-10 minutes. After 1.5 hrs electricity came but not in the all rooms. In 2 of the rooms Electricity was on, one of them light was on but geaser was not working and 4th room no light no geaser. somehow we got fresh and taken bath and were getting ready for dinner and reaching to cafeteria. As we were called that dinner is ready. During this process one of my friend's daughter fell on the floor due to the dark and when few of us reached to cafeteria there was huge dark.
We were frustrated with surprising experience with this property. We complained about the light to the cafeteria then we were asked to convey the same to reception. When I reached to reception there was no person there but dark. Then I spoken in high tone to cafetria person to send his manager to cafeteria and talk to me. The same manager now came to me (which was polite earlier) and conveyed that we have so much complain with this property so we should have booked 7star property and not the property like this.
This is a budget property and there could be problems of electricity and such accessories. We are expecting something which is beyond their capabilities. We were really helpless there and I would recommend to stay away...

If you pay us more, we will give you the keys for check-in."||16 of us were Made to wait till 11.15pm, after which they allowed us to check in only after paying Rs. 7350/- more. They are Pure Cheaters. Read moreWe stay here of 2 days and we also coperate with good behaviour with staff , but at the end in nigh we got some emergency call from our relative who also visiting Manali and they want to meet us bcos they are in some emergency situation and they need our help , but we are staying in hotel Manali palace and in night approx 12pm approx we ask to hotel staff to go outside near by hotel but they denied, they said in very rudely behaviour that you can't go , i said we have emergency situation still they rudely in bad manner said that we will show what we can do in very bad manner he said apko bta dunga ache se agar bahar gye to , still i request and trying to talk with manager she also said ki apko me esa fasaungi police bulaungi or bolungi ki hmare sath drama kr rhe h
We are from Delhi and it's our trip , and we also trying to enjoy but this is really very bad experience staying in hotel Manali palace, their staff is behave like kidnappers
