KALINGA INTERCONTINENTAL MANALI — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Kalinga Intercontinental in Manali. From the moment we checked in, the exceptional hospitality stood out, making it clear why this hotel is a top choice in the area.

Fantastic Breakfast: One of the best aspects of our stay was the breakfast. It was not only delicious but also offered a wide range of options to suit different preferences. Room was pathetic, we were der for more than 3days not even single day room was cleaned,if cleaning was done same bedsheet use to do on the bed, same blanket which smelling like hell room was smelling so bad, food was nice but no choice ,basic food used to be provided by them , no staff more than 3-4 kitchen was messy, unhygienic, minimum utensils they have that too broken cups were broken, breakfast were limited no fruits,no jam proper,no butter proper . No positive vibes in hotel, boys are hardworking there ,no lift working,if you stay in fourth floor it's difficult to go up and down as no lift is working. No helpful nature over der no windows proper everything is cracked in room. No nonveg you will get you need to request them, towels were torned, and that towel we used for more than 3days as no towels were provided,no toiletries were provided, no glass proper for drinks you will get . Wifi was not working, only packages people use to stay there and all were facing same issues. They will call you continuously for breakfast and dinner once you go down food never used to be ready. This hotel provides 0 service to their customers. My whole 3 night stay was a problem!

They gave us torn blankets in our room They had no intercom to call. They had no television The window was broken The bathroom floor was broken The bathroom and the room was not clean! The taps were malfunctioning

And not to mention the sweeper. He had no manners to talk. When we asked him to clean the room he kept on murmuring and abusing and asking for money. He even slammed the door on our face when he left. Also, he intentionally washed the bathroom cleaning cloth on bathroom basin and also intentionally rubbed the cloth on our mattresses. I have never seen a staff like this.

I wish this hotel would take actions and work on their issues instead of reporting and deleting this review as they did previously as well to one of my family members reviews because they don't have guts to see this embarrassment and also don't want the people to know the truth😇😇. This hotel is a trap for tourists who visit Manali. Prove me wrong if you can Kalinga Intercontinental! You should name it Kalinga Dharamshala, not an...
