Hotel Citizen — Hotel in Gujarat

Got worst experience with management staff. At the breakfast hall incharge had took three days water bottles charge and he didn’t enter in our account. Another bad experience with reception counter at the final bill payment, He added some food charges that we had never ordered and another issue for one hour over stay he is asking for one day charge and he is loose taking fellow. At time of entry we had already told to this person that we have stay for 6 days and permit us for 1to 2 hours over stay, and he accepted. After 10 min dissociation he reduced the extra charges. I gave the key to Reception in the Morning (16th April 23) for Clean the room...I came in the Room by Evening but Charger & Data Cable not available in the Room ...I asked from Reception Regarding Data Cable & Charger but no any body giving proper Answer.... I used to visit regularly but on my last visit their staff has not considered our booking seriously and we had to face problem for getting other rooms at midnight. We travel from Mumbai to Surat and in midnight we get such shocking verdict that rooms are not available and I have to search hotels in midnight along with my family.
