I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rest Inn Hotel in Surat, Gujarat, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is well-located, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the hotel. The rooms were not only spotless but also very spacious, with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, from a large flat-screen TV to a well-maintained bathroom.

I don't use the word hate easily but surat , it's people and it's service makes me say it easily. I called at HOTEL MAHARAJA he offered me ac delux room for 2 people for 1200, I asked for lift facility which wasn't available there so he referred me to HOTEL AARAM and gave me another contact. I called him and confirmed the price and life requirement. He confirmed my stay. I reached hotel aaram and asked him to come out to take luggage and he says I had to come to HOTEL REST INN. Helplessly I went there. The manager there asked me to sign on a register where somebody else's details were written. I had to ask him to fill in my correct details. While checking out another manager was sitting there I asked him to give me the bill and he charged me 2067. I told him this wasn't the price that I was told,so he said that call the person who fixed the price with you. I called him and he said I asked you to go to HOTEL AARAM. I called the guy who asked me to come to HOTEL REST INN and he never answered the call. So it's not just one hotel or one person but a chain of people and hotels looting people like this. I would like to share my experience about my stay in Hotel Rest in which is near Surat railway station walk in distance i stay in this property 10 days where hotel have all the necessary facilities like wifi every day they give fresh towel and bath amenities and cleaning of bed room every Flore clean all the time washrooms are always in good condition to use staff behaviour is very much polite hot .normal and cold mineral water facility I am so much satisfied my stay i would suggest any one who want to stay hotel in Surat I suggest this is property is best and affordable i wish when ever if I came in Surat I will stay in this hotel only
