StayGuru Park View Residency — Hotel in Gujarat

We booked up this hotel for a day's stay with family en route to Rann utsav. We booked after having seen a reasonable rating on Trip advisor. But the hotel is really below average.||If you are terrified by Covid then don't even think of this hotel. No one here believes in wearing Mask, right from receptionist to all the attendants. They say it's a norm here in bhuj. I guess they have already got the Vax shot.||The rooms given to us were probably not let out for more than few months. There was dust on the floor, window panes, etc. The bed sheet also didn't look fresh, after complaining the boy who was attending unwillingly changed. Luckily we had carried our own bedsheet and quilts which helped. Soaps and towels were also provided only on request.||They don't have kitchen of their own, you ll only get food packed from outside in case you wish to order. You need to be a good chaser to get things on time. We got our tea ordered on arrival after almost 35 mins.||Only positives could be super fast WiFi even in your room and hotel location in the city near to markets.||Opt of this hotel only if you are out...

Booking done in advance but Rooms are not Ready/ clear when we arrived. We wasted approx 30 minutes in waiting for clean up of room. As we selected suit room which is largest in area wise, But once room is ready every one is too much happy. The cleanest Room. Room is having 1 chair, Powerful 2 Tonn AC 1 Sofa 2 King size bed for 4 PPL & 2 bathroom. Road touch property, having Generator for guests in case of power cut. Hotel located in Market that's why no parking place available. Lift is available inside hotel. Lift is little bit slow, may be it requires maintenance. They also provide us Breakfast next day. Breakfast average taste. Breakfast time was 7.30 am but they gives us @ 8 am ( 30 minutes late) but Tea was so good. 1 Star cut due to delay in giving room & Giving morning breakfast by 30 minutes & they need to focus on bathroom cleaning & Change old Bucket & other things. The worst hotel staff I seen ever, we taken here room just for few hours in morning because we need to visit some hostel here for our child, we took room at 7 in morning, after check-in in register hotel staff told us that he will allow us room which was just checked out, when we entered into the room all used bottles chips packets were kept in the room then we asked hotel staff to clean again by calling him he told me that he is having another 22 rooms not only my room, so I need to have some patience, after he send some person for cleaning he told me that room cleaning cannot be done before 9 and I told him that we need to checkout before 9, but he told me he cannot do anything, Hotel property is good, but property owner employees only local staff to save money, local staff is not professional in house keeping, I suggest to stay in shiv Residency, hotel staff is not as...
