will like to share a fabulous experience that i had at the Hyatt regency
as i checked in just for a night for a special occasion and it turned out to be great due to the following people
firstly Abhay kumar the sales manager
a well groomed, educated, hospitable through professional
he made all the arrangements and reservations as per my request and need. he also took personal interest to see that we were comfortable and every ned of ours was taken care of. He deserves appreciation and recognition as he's won me over as a permanent client for the hotel
secondly Rashmi bisht guest relation executive in front office
very pleasant, promising and committed hospitality professional she took personal care so see that all the requests were taken care of . Also appreciate she following it up with us to see that we got delivered with what was promised she deserves and applause, recognition and appreciation as she true made the relationship with me as guest as her designation suggests
Karan Assistant manger coffee shop great courteous mature and pleasant personality as is needed to manage the restaurants where its always chaos . whereas he was calm composed and could see him taking ownership of the whole situation as leader and made sure that every guests needs and requirement were fulfilled
Rahul bharadwaj Associate very young hospitality professional just beginning his career was very happy and refreshing demeanor as he served us. which makes the eating a joyful experience i wish him all the best for his professional journey. he's doing a great job.

Shahjahan & Numan both are the housekeepers for the residents and i recognize they have a tuff job for fulfilling all the needs of the guest in the room and keep it neat clean and hygienic and they are doing a-great job
i feel that its the people at any organization that make all the difference and these all people mentioned above made that ams made the stay special. which in return will make a avid traveller like me to patronize the hotel. so they are the real lifeline and true testimonials for the hotel. Read moreI wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent experience hosting my brother's engagement party at your hotel. While we appreciate the efforts of your team to make the event a success, there were some areas where we felt that the service could have been improved. However, I would like to acknowledge that Mr. Ashish and Mr. Sidharth handled everything very nicely, and we appreciate their help and support throughout the event.
Specifically, we experienced the following issues:
Lack of coordination between teams:
Miscommunication between the team handling the chaat stall and the fire manager, causing delay. Specific requests regarding snack presentation were not accommodated. We were not informed about the change of chef who handled our food tasting, causing confusion. Linen quality issues: The linen used for the event was torn, and we had to request multiple times for it to be replaced.
Snack presentation:
On rotation snacks were served on tissue instead of plates, which we found to be unappealing. Most of the time, the snacks buffet didn't have any snacks in it. Plate quality: Melamine plates were used alongside Bone China, causing confusion amongst guests.
Fruits for ice cream toppings: We asked for finely chopped fruit to be served as toppings for ice creams, but instead, large cut pieces of fruits were placed.
On the positive side, the quality of the mocktails was beyond our expectations, and our guests enjoyed them immensely. However, we were disappointed to note that there were no coffee and tea counters placed during the event, which was inconvenient for our guests who wished to have a hot beverage after their meal.
