I am surprised why others have not pointed this out. You can try yourself but paying a visit to the restaurant Food and everything was good but the only thing that is practiced there is that they don't fill the basic need. And that is, they DON'T SERVE WATER so if you feel thursty they will only offer you a bottle of water that is charged at Rs. 89 Per liter blue pine water bottle or Rs. 200 some other company water bottle as they have a tie up with these companies to maximise their profit. Water is the basoc necessasity but they just want to fill their pockets And i am not writing this review because i can't buy that bottles. We bought 4 bottles but when we ordered 5th bottle they brought the chilled one and said that this is only available right now else you can buy Rs. 200 bottle of other brand and because it was start of winter so we didn't want cold water so we called the manager and after having a discussion with him This was his response amd le me quote
SIR PURA RESTAURANT HI PROFIT K LIA HAI TO PAANI KYU NAHI AND HUM SAFTY KI WAJAH SE PACKED SELL KARTE HAI
after insisting that you cannot force some1 to buy water which is a basic necessasity and showing him that the people who are ordering alcohol are getting water in jars. This was his reponse
K HUM ALCOHOL K SATH DE DETE HAI.
WAAH i mean you have to be alcoholic to get free water at this restaurant.
And further when i said ok of you do it for safety then why dont you keep KINLEY or some other reasonable brand And his response was
USME KA ITNA PROFIT JTA HAI SIR
This review is not about the cost This is about business ethics which this restaurant doesn't follow
So you people can decide whether to fill their pockets or find alternate...

Read moreWe had pre-booked a hall well in advance for our kitty party. However, when we arrived on the scheduled day, we were informed—without any prior notice—that our booking had been moved from the hall to the bar area. This was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable, especially since we were a group of 9-10 ladies, and the bar area was not at all suitable for our gathering.
If the venue had another booking for the hall, we should have been informed in advance. It is unethical and unprofessional to change a confirmed booking without notifying the customer, especially when it has been planned well ahead of time. It felt like our reservation was simply pushed aside to accommodate a larger group, which is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the food quality was subpar, the service was lacking, and the quantity of food served was also insufficient. As the host, I felt embarrassed in front of my guests, and the overall experience was very disappointing.
Based on this experience, I would give them the lowest rating possible. This kind of service is not what anyone expects when booking a venue for a...
