Located in Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, The Kitchen District is a buffet as well as a la carte restaurant that showcases a wide array of dishes to cater to every palate. It had five standalone kitchens designed to offer distinctive cuisines, yet coexisting in perfect harmony to form a singular culinary district.
I had Sunday Brunch here. It is a really big place with different kinds of seating options available. I got a pool side table for myself. Their brunch covers food from multiple cuisines, from meeiterranean dips and salads to north Indian chaats, from Mumbai street food to south Indian delicacies, from Pizza & Pasta to proper Italian dishes, from dimsums to Asian curries, from north Indian Curries to dosas and a lot of variety in desserts. All in all, their Sunday Brunch has got so many dishes that you won't be able to even taste them all.
I tried a lot of dishes here and loved the following dishes and hence recommending: Fresh Orange Juice Samosa Chaat Appam with Veg Stew Hummus Olive Crusted Potato White Sauce Pasta Mint Chocolate Plain...
Read moreAbsolutely delicious food here, very nice and helpful staff and chefs also. Lots of variety, a lovely buffet with lots of different stations to choose from. The decor is fabulous, very chic and modern and the waiters are very attentive to you. The views from this restaurant are great if you sit at the breakfast bar near the window, too. The lady who is on the bread and cake section is very nice, she also has homemade yoghurt to choose as well. If you go over towards the hot food, you can choose some Indian cuisine, and if you choose bhaturas or any dosa then they will serve this at your table when it has been cooked, with a variety of all the sauces and chutneys. 5*, definitely worthy of it, so definitely pay it a visit!! My advice is try their mango smoothie which is on the opposite side to the cakes, the man serving there is also very nice and helpful and will even pour whichever...
Read moreThe restaurant discriminates among its customers with special service provided to only a select few customers (foreigners) while denying the same openly to others (Indians). Mr. Rishabh Tyagi also admitted to the discrimination, but started blatantly lying the moment I turned on my phone camera. Also, a cheap, mediocre, predominately vegetarian spread, with a chef who claims to know multiple cuisines but is clearly proven wrong. Expected more from Hyatt with respect to both their food and service.
Update: The Hyatt team has responded with blatant lies. Also, to illustrate my point, they have effectively mentioned "please do not club with discount offers" if one wants their actual service. How about you DON'T HAVE THE OFFERS IF THE SERVICE WILL BE...
