Reset by Plan B sector 83 – A Reset That Needs a Reset

I chose Reset by Plan B sector 83 to celebrate my birthday, expecting a fun evening with friends—good music, decent service, and some basic human courtesy. Unfortunately, what I got instead was a night full of rudeness, zero hospitality, and a DJ who seemed personally offended by the idea of fun.

Let’s start with the DJ—because he truly set the tone for the evening. Despite being informed that Wednesday nights were “DJ nights,” what we got was someone playing painfully boring songs on loop. We politely requested changes (several times!), but he refused to acknowledge us or our requests. At one point, he just vanished from the console—maybe even he couldn’t bear his own playlist.

Then came the staff, who clearly missed the training on customer service. We weren’t even asking for anything extra—just a simple request to bring our own drinks from the nearby shop (considering it’s a BYOB place). As women, we didn’t feel safe stepping out repeatedly into the crowd outside, but our repeated and polite requests were flatly refused. Apparently, carrying a bag from the next door is a task far beneath their job description—even if we were happy to pay them for it.

And finally, the cherry on this rather sad cake: as we were leaving and clicking a few photos quietly (no music, no noise, just some memories), the lights were abruptly turned off. When we asked for one minute—just one—we were told to leave, rudely and dismissively. A warm farewell? Not here.

Honestly, I paid for a birthday celebration and left with a headache. The only thing that got reset was our mood—from excited to exhausted.

Pathetic experience ! They took our order at 11.45 pm and forced us to leave at 11.55pm. All the bouncers surrounded us and were after our lives to vacate just so they don't have to pay to the police but didn't accept their mistake. They could have refused us entry or stated the closing time before taking our order. While eating food, they were continuously switching off the light above our head. They were all extremely rude, arrogant and were unapologetic throughout. This all has happened for the second time with us.
