Pathetic experience horrible Place, oyo budget rooms are a complete rip off. Please don't book oyo , they're unprofessional and don't care for the experience of their customers. This particular property is by far the worst hotel have stay in. The oyo experience is so pathetic that I would suggest u rather pay a little extra nt not stay in any oyo rooms. I was given a unhygienic and unkept room. I was given tap water in an aquafina bottle. The AC in my room was making noise. The lights were not working in my bathroom. The door handle of the cupboard was broken. Very rude , arrogant and unprofessional staff. Highly highly NOT RECOMMENDED. CHEAP DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT MEAN PATHETIC. PLEASE DONT GO FOR OYO ROOMS.

I have booked a different property in Gurgram,but the oyo property person had cancelled by booking and they transferred me to this property which is so poor and they didn't even reduce thr price. 1. There is no proper wifi connection. 2.they have a tv unit stand but they don't have a tv 3. They gyser in washroom doesn't work, they get the hotwater in bucket 🪣 after half and hour. 4. They have cockroaches all around the rooms and on bed. 5. The bedsheet are stinky and bad smelling. 6.they offer same breakfast everyday 7. Housekeeping responds after 12 hrs of complaint.

Lots of cockroaches in the room, if you are on a business trip then dont stay there..they wont provide breakfast before 9. If you are planning for longer stay...then also dont stay there..they wont have almirah in their room. Rooms displayed in the photographs are not exactly the same. Gives you ice in name of curd. No different options in breakfast. You will get same pranthas every day. Charging plug near bed was also not working. If you want to fight for every service then you can book this place.

First of all I wanted to highlight that your issue is still not resolve that whenever we book hotel room on the price when we reached at Hotel they are saying that it is unlear price and we have to pay extra to get the room it was happened on my second last booking and now again happened with my last booking so I have and the paying 700 more on what we are I have confirmed on room rate I don't know is there any can is going on by your property whenever I call not a proper response I get next time I will not use and recommend. Also this property is very pathetic there are so many Cockroaches in the room which are small one under the bad in washroom on the ceilings I find any everywhere it was very bad experience with this hotel I will not...

As you guys can see others comments. Reception lady is very rude and irresponsive. She doesn't have manners how to talk with customers. Trying to behave like your mother. We booked this hotel. We have a visitor around for 30 min in room to drop us.After some time she asked us for 500 hundred extra payment as we have another person in room. When we called care and told them this happening they did not told us that they we charge for visitors also. In front on customer care she lied that they already communicated that while check in , asked us prove that we did not let you know this.

About rooms , bedsheets very dirty , bathroom is very much Stinky's, cockroaches in room, room handle broked, dogs roaming...
