The place has been on my bucket list of places to go from past year, but somehow it is always forgotten while making a plan. Finally I visited the place with a friend and the first reaction from both of us is it looks good, the jack Daniels live here logo seems legit once you go in... Harley looks complete classic package standing on the door. Once you go there choose the place you want they have two floors of seats both have there separate vibes, both have different noise and both seems legit....for me it was right In front of live screen(it's India vs England why would I miss that ;) ). The food menu gives a huge economic time newspaper feel with tab being the live stock market for liquor menu.
The menu is intensive for both veg and non veg guys, being veg I loved the large variety of options and the signature dishes suggested by Mr. Sumanto (our meal advisor / server a real nice guy to talk to and get intrigued about the place). The menu is intensive so my choice was also large this time..let's break it down
A. Appetizers Dahi ke kebab - (Must try) This is one of my favorite menu item since it's inception the hung curd turned into kebabs is definitely the best idea a chef can have...the thick, soft and spongy kebabs of this place is a true pleasure to tongue you don't even need to taste it with a chutney or sprinkle lime on it...just eat it as it is, you will love it for sure.
Paneer tikka pizza - (Must try) Oh man, the curst of the place is something to die for the thin cripsy paneer based pizza topped with a couple of argula leaves is just a bliss to eat...if i went there on an empty stomach i can eat 3 or 4 of these in a single go for sure
Tandoori soya chap - (Must Try) As spoken earlier, i think no one can do a better job in making soya chap than this place.
Sizzly paneer bao - (Must Try) Is it a spelling error? no bao is a pao made of rice...it will stuck to your mind if you read them out loud together multiple times (bao pao) just like the taste of this dish with a cottage cheese filling so soft and chewy to give you best flavors
B. Beverage Long Island ice tea
C. Course meal Daal Makhni - SIGNATURE DISH The daal makhni of this place is different from any other daal makhni you would have eaten anywhere, the traditional "makhni" which emphasis the role of butter in the making is not there, instead it's made completely in ghee and gives you different kind of taste you never had in the regular daal makhni. Assorted bread basket
D. Dessert Chocolate truffle Galaxy -
Chocolate brownie with ice cream -
To finish the meal we got a necklace box at our table and it's right to say that they were hiding the jewels inside it, the " Chocolate paan" it was spectacular, the thin layer of chocolate wrapped in and out on the paan leaf is a pure blast of mint and chocolate flavors, what else to refresh your breath than a minty dessert digester.
Overall the place has a vibe you would love and the virtaul gaming experience of the place is something you should try if you are or not into gaming as it provides a new experience and a good feeling to soul and mind. The place is something I would like to call as "NCR places to eat and rock...

It’s time for you to have the kick of your life by trying out this new beer in town. Its Nitro Beer, is freshly made and is available at Manhattan Bar exchange & Brewery located at Global Foyer Mall, Sector 43, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon.
The Ambience of the place is amazing. The interiors complements the place. It is best for hanging out with friends. Also the huge screen is best for watch your favorite game live and sip on some amazing fresh beers. They also have Xbox games like Bowling, Boxing, Football and many more that will make your dine time fun time.
The Menu is very nicely made and it has very good variety of drinks as well as American, Continental, North Indian, and Italian dishes to much on. Also the prices that they have are as per the competition. We were provided great service and were not kept waiting.
Let’s Talk about the Nitro Beer now. It had 3 layers, the top most had Coffee, middle one had Nitrogen gas (not liquid so its completely safe) and the last one had Stout beer i.e. dark beer. As this is not carbonated and is nitrogenated hence you’ll not feel much burpy after having the same. Also you will experience the flavor of coffee to overpower the flavor of beer which will give an amazing kick. This one is must try.
Let’s talk about food now. We had Kathal Pyaz ki kachori (4.5/5): This was mini pyaz kachori topped with jack fruit sabji and sauces. This was different and a nice try. Loaded Cheese Nachos (5/5): As the name suggests they were loaded with cheese along with bell pepper, jalapenos, kidney beans and served with amazing fresh salsa (which we repeated) and sour cream. Crispy Corn (5/5): Perfectly fried corn served in a nice bowl. One of the best bar nibble, also it was spiced perfectly. Tangri Kebab 3 ways (5/5): Tandoori chicken legs in Kasundhi, Malai and Tandoori marination. What else can you ask for.
Butter Chicken Bao (5/5): Freshly in house Bao made from rice loaded with butter chicken inside and served with chili mayo. Perfect and should not be missed. Veg Quesadillas (4.5/5): Tortillas stuffed with assorted vegetables served with sour cream and salsa. Very nice and fresh. Chicken Khurchan Tart (5/5): Home made tarts filled with slow cooked aromatic and perfectly spiced chicken khurchan. Must try. Veg Gourmet Pizza Slice (5/5): Perfectly made and sized Pizza. The crust was having perfect thickness and the amount of cheese on it was also very apt. Mushroom & Corn Tarts (5/5): Another recipe having home made tarts filled with creamy mushroom and corn. Very nice.
Verdict: This place is not to be missed and must be visited with your friends on Game night. Also the Xbox games are fun to play when you are drunks.

Well, for corporate NCR-wallas, Bar-pubs has become the favorite go to for group lunch/dinner. We did the same and visited this outlet yesterday after office hours and to our surprise it really went above the mark. Mr. Rajesh Yadav, the think-tank behind this amazing outlet, located in Sector 43 of Gurgaon, has possibly made sure to offer the memorable yet different experience to all of their customers with an amazing whip up of their fantastically curated menu.
The whole place is divided into two sections, i.e. their lower and upper section where a nice and comfy seating arrangement is there. What I loved totally about this outlet is that you can absolutely try your hands on their virtual gaming zone with a sip of craft beer while your food is being prepared. This was like an icing on the cake. Just FYI, though it has “Bar Exchange” in its name, but they do not have such pricing mechanism linked to demand-supply of their drinks.
Started off with: a) Date n Knight – A heavy dose of BALLANTINE with date syrup and egg white. It had a lovely aromatic touch and was presented very well. Go for it. b) Manhattan’s Whiskey Sour – Another twisty cocktail with a nice concoction of CHIVAS 12 yrs with Whiskey Sour. Loved it.
In nibbles, my personal favorites were: a) Kathal Pyaj ki Kachori: This was actually good. Have it to believe it. It was basically pyaj ki kachori topped with Kathal (Jackfruit) and aloo rasa. Some anar danas (pomegranates) were also spread all over it for giving this dish a midas touch. Perfect with cocktails. b) Mushroom Galauti Kebab: For all the vegetarians, this is not to-be missed. Have heard quite a lot about Galauti Kebabs (made with minced mutton-cloves-cashews-cardamoms and then cooked on slow heat), but finally got a chance to try veg based Galauti kebabs here. Instead of the mutton, they used mushrooms and it was so good and heavy at the same time that I couldn’t resist myself eating all the pieces in one go. MUST TRY DISH! Mutton Galauti is also a must try here. c) Assorted Desserts Thali: If you’re going to skip this only because the other desserts are fancy by their name, then you’re doing a big mistake. This was the clear winner and got me with all the charm it flashed. The center of attraction was the Tiramisu and Triple Galaxy in the whole thali which was totally worth giving a shot. Other included Gulab Jamun, Chocolate Walnut Brownie, Vanilla Ice Cream, Rum Balls and Chenna mithai. DO NOT MISS THIS AT ANY COST!
They did a great job with their service as well. The dishes to our tables were well placed. I so pray to it become ‘LEGENDARY’ in its own way as a bar-cum-lounge in the land of Cholle Bhature.
HIGHLY...
