A Reliable Boutique Stay with 4-Star Comfort — Needs Sharper Oversight
Foxtrail is a no-frills 3-star boutique hotel that often delivers a 4-star experience. One thing I genuinely appreciate is the freshness of the linens — every stay, the sheets are immaculately clean and crisp, which adds a lot to the overall comfort.
I’ve stayed here 3–4 times already, clocking in over 7-8 nights, and have another longer booking coming up. While there are more affordable stays in the area, Foxtrail offers a more refined feel for a slightly higher price — worth it for the comfort and cleanliness alone.
Rooms are compact but thoughtfully designed, with modern interiors, balconies, and clean bathrooms equipped with good quality toiletries.
The breakfast has limited options but adequate, especially if you’re someone who likes to start their day early.
The property also has available parking, and overall, the area is peaceful — except during school rush hours, when things can get a bit messy due to nearby traffic.
I’ve also stayed at their other property, Larisa, and had a fantastic experience there — which is what initially led me to trust and choose Foxtrail. The brand clearly has potential and understands boutique hospitality well.
However, not everything has been perfect. I’ve had two serious lapses in security: once, some staff accessed my room with a master key while I was inside, thankfully I was all decent and was working and another time the room was left unlocked after cleaning. Though nothing was lost, both incidents were unacceptable and could have been avoided.
The manager is consistently unavailable — neither on-site nor reachable by phone — which is frustrating when you need to report or resolve something. The staff is polite and helpful, but clearly lacks professional training and supervision.
Despite these issues, I’ve recommended Foxtrail to 5–7 fellow travelers, and together we’ve likely booked over 20–25 nights. There’s a lot to like here — from the ambiance to the comfort — and I’m hopeful my upcoming stay will reflect the kind of consistency and care that the brand is capable...
Read moreIt's a nice place, has a great ambiance, staff is well behaved compared to any other property in this price range, We had a comfortable stay, rooms are nice, parking is not an issue as of now since there are empty plots next to the property. A few challenges we faced were 1) During breakfast time - When it's a full occupancy I feel the hotel is understaffed to take care of all the guest and when you are doing a family function or booked for a similar occasion the entire group comes together to have food, i would really recommend the management to look into it. I had to literally get things done at my end that was frustrating. During lunch time i would say it was better than the breakfast but still the service can be improved. ||Roshan was the person I was dealing with and he i would say was very helpful in the entire course. Whenever he was around things weren't that messy , he took initiative to do his best to resolve instead of back and forth talks.||I feel this property has a lot of potential i wish them all the...
