Don’t be fooled by their reviews and rating. Worst place ever to order your cakes Delivered 1.5 hours late and totally unapologetic about it! Delivered pineapple when mixed fruit flavour was ordered And the name on cake was wrong ! They were like it’s fondant you can correct it, it’s easy! What’s the big deal!! As the party had fixed hours for kids o was calling them and they stopped picking up call, for 1 hour didn’t pick up . Later they said the delivery is on the way , why should we pick, what difference will that make !! Seriously It’s like spooling your day, mood and celebrations Worst experience ever. Extremely unprofessional , not worth your money, time and even giving them a chance ! You can see in picture Ritvik is the name they wrote on a pink gal cake. The name told was explained, spelling was sent on Whatsp and approved, even advance was given! The party was made embarrassing as cake opened after late delivery to see that name was also wrong !! 0...

Honest review. I personally visited this place and ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday, from last 12 years i ordered 5-6 cakes in a year but never seen this type of WORST cake. SERVICE ZERO. We had plan cake cutting ceremony at 6:30 pm and the store promised to deliver before 6 pm but literally the cake delivered at 8 pm after making too many calls and cake was in very bad condition but at that moment no any other option was left with us. And the flavour was “Fruit cake” ekin ye fruit cake k naam pe pta hi nhi kya hi tha. ZERO TASTE. Kisi ki party m cake acha na lge to koi face pe nhi bolta lekin is cake ke liye 3 logo ne muh pe bol diya ki ye kya cake leke aye ho. Na dikhne m acha na hi khane m acha completely waste.

Ordered a piñata cake for delivery today at 6 pm

The cake was ordered 5 days back and time for delivery was mentioned

Even then had to do repeated follow-ups to the extent they stopped picking up the phone. The cake was eventually delivered at 8.30 pm

Also when the cake was broken using a hammer there was no filling inside but a few pieces of kitkat

Extremely embarrassed and the price they charge for this cake is not less. They charge higher or equal to any premium bakery

Please never order from this place

They are running a sham. Also the chocolate dome created for piñata was tasteless and chocolate was not tempered properly
