Update: I have ordered more than 10 cakes from the bakery. But this particular time the cake was not good, and worst part was on giving feedback shop owner was not at not ready receptive inspite he bluntly said cake is good according for me.

In such high competative market, customer service goes hand in hand with product quality. Sorry to say but you should work on customer service.

In reply to your response, I really do not understand a sincere apology would be good for us but showing the same attitude of cake is good according to you reflects we as a customer must have bad taste buds. Manjeet we have ordered more than 10 cakes from you in past 1yr and such reply from you is not at all expected. Rather you should respond in more courteous manner and should have simply said will take care and will not repeat in future. Seriously you disappointed me. Yours never returning old customer.

Wanted to celebrate a friends birthday and based on recommendation from a friend, decided to try out this bakery called BAKES N BERRIES.

While we ordered a 1 kg Choco Almond cake for the birthday boy, my sweet taste buds almost molested me to order some pastries to eat as well.

So we ordered the following for personal consumption :

Ferrero Rocher : Moist layers of chocolate with ferrero Rocher on top. Th sponge was soft and texture perfect.

Blueberry : : Fresh and flavourful…Loved it

You could make out with each bite that both the above were fresh and every bite was a delight for the sweet taste buds

This is the go to place to order some delicious, fresh cakes and desserts and that too at not so high prices.

Will try out their other flavours too soon.

• Advice to the management : Our pastries came in a huge box…you need to have diff sizes...
