Please don't book this oyo, they are just making money with fake advertisement🤬🤬🤬. we book this oyo 1 week early and the price showing on oyo was 850, so we booked it and make the payment in advance, we booked this oyo for 8th july, and made our plans accordingly, at the time we reach there, the person on reception refuse to give us room. He said he can't give us this room we need to pay extra for it. So we ask him why we need to pay extra, it is showing on the site we already made the payment, he said we won't give us room and ask us to pay more then double to check in. He said pay me 1000 rs extra and he will allow us. So the total price was 1850. So we ask to process the refund, so he ask to contact customer support, we contacted them and the support person said let me talk to manager of oyo. In front of my eyes he received a call and cut it. The agent said call is not reachable, so i said he cut the call in front of my eyes, so agent ask me to give the phone to him, i said talk to customer service, he again refuse to talk said, ask them to call on my personal number, i will not talk, at the end we cancel the booking and ask for refund. This was not the issue that we can't afford it even at higher price but main concern is they are not full filling their promises, they are double charging us, all of us are not coming from same background, everybody wants good service at lower price and because of that first people search it compares it and then book it and made plans accordingly, because of their greed our whole day was spoiled because it also striked in our mind that they are not full filling what they said, so it might be possible they place a camera in our room, oyo customer support didn't have enough power, manager simply cut the phone call and refused to talk when i asked him to talk to support with my phone. 😡😡😡😡Please never book this oyo, let this oyo completely shut,this is not how a business run, they are just wasting someone's time, money...
Read moreI opted for this property as OYO claims their Townhouse properties to be one of their premium properties. However my expectations were turned down with the experience of my 1 day stay here.
Pros: Location of the property is good. Room was clean. They allowed me to checkout an hour later tahn their usual checkout time of 12 PM.
Cons: Sanitization wipes were not available in room though it should have been there in Covid situation. No refrigerator present on the room. No toiletries present except for a shower gel No outside food is allowed. No guest allowed. My friend had come to see him and I had to talk with him near the reception which is usually noisy and occupied with guests. Worst Breakfast option. Only pasta, useless and tasteless Poha along with bread and butter. Tea was of pathetic quality and there was insect in it. When I asked them to remove the kettle, they only provided me fresh tea and did not replace the kettle with Tea. Very slow room service. Bed linen was dirty. Contrary to the claim of Oyo, the property is not sanitised in front of us.

Read moreI would recommend booking with Air BNB the price is on the higher side but it's much better because, the day by day degrading quality of OYO service continues. Booked a room in OYO Townhouse 101 in Gurgaon, the check-in time of OYO was 12:00 pm however it was still not ready when we arrived at around 2:30 pm. Also what kind of scaramouches OYO is hiring these days for the reception. The clowns on reception lacked the basic etiquettes required. I should not put it this way and do excuse me, but what these people are arrogant about, that they are taking care of reception at OYO, well if that's the case, they need to reconsider it right away. It has become a regular job, no matter what time you arrive the staff needs 30 minutes to get the room ready. I wonder if there is some foul play that has started in OYOs (where 30 minutes is required to create any kind of setup dangerous for the customers). Due to that we had to cancel and book a new one, because room was not ready even after half an hour, However what's interesting is that, a few customers right in front of us, came later than us and got a room instantly, and I observed that these customers booked a hotel right there they had not made any prior reservation, Someone definitely needs to take action...
