First of all, loved their concept of whole wheat kachoris⦠I am a great fan of including something healthy to an overall junk snack, in this case it was whole wheat rather than maida⦠tried a lot of dishes from them today and loved them all overallā¦. Mawa kachori being the best of the lot⦠perfect kinda sweet (no sugar, all jaggery) Raj kachori again did the trick for me as the crust was not getting soggy easily as it gets in the case of maida, loved it thoroughly Pyaaz kachori with sabzi was good in taste, Kachori was crisp and perfect khasta as per my liking, the filing was flavourful and sabzi was aptly spiced as per my palate Mini Kachori platter included 5 kachoris namely Methi matar malai, dal Kachori, hing kachori, chana kachori, and mcmasala kachoriā¦. All was really good but methi matar one was a bit on a sweet side which I didnāt really like! Chana masala and mcmasala flavours suited my palate the most! Packaging was amazing with a good system of OSF points for each customer! Looking forward to try out more of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTried the yet to be launched Samosas in 5 variants The crust is extremely well made considering the fact they are made out of Atta and definitely the Ghee aroma is quite enticing.....full marks for that
Mint Samosa.....quite ordinary and not much flavour of mint, need more work on the masala and aloo flavouring as it missed them
Bihari was the one I was looking forward to most, but the salt killed the taste.... please take a note. and most importantly it needs roasted peanuts in the Singhara which is quintessential, it tasted more like a Punjabi one
Dakshini one was a good surprise and different from the regular that we have eaten
Chilli paneer was good and can be enjoyed by kids and adults but it didn't feel like samosa to me š¤Ŗ
Corn and cheese can be really adapted especially for children little more extra filling would make all the difference
Thoda sa effort will make you do wonders am sure of that, all in all a good experience and these samosas have travelled well and retained...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe tried few Mini Kachoris and Namak Pyaare and we really liked what we ate. overall we really liked the concept of doing it completely with zero maida and we didnt miss maida at all. One could feel the difference of using whole wheat flour and in a very positive manner and the quality of the product was very good.
Size of the mini kachoris was very apt. Tasting menu is a big culture these days and given the size and the varieties that come with mini kachoris, its a big seller !
My recommendation to the brand would be try further making these kachoris with gluten free flour in future with millet based flour, potato or rice flour which can give a nice twist to the brand.
Overall: For the atta kachoris, we are very very satisfied and next time will try regular kachoris with aloo sabzi. It was great dealing with them and my best wishes to the kachori...
