Hotel Gold Inn — Hotel in Gwalior

2- Poor 1 stayed there for 2 days I forgot my one plus earbuds in my room on 13 July, just after check out I called them that I forgot my earbuds there I will collect them in the evening, the manager said that he will ask to the staff ,, then in the evening I checked in again in the same hotel Gold Inn and in same room I again asked them about my ear buds but they completely refused that they didn’t find but I am 100 % sure that those buds were kept on the bed side table and I didn’t find them when I checked in agai. Also the washroom of the room was not so good and hot water facility was not available. Conclusion: their housekeeping staff stole my one...

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY 😒😒😒 BIG NOOOO TO THIS PROPERTY… The service was incredibly disappointing. The manager and staff, who were initially polite during booking, unfortunately seemed less engaged and helpful after the advance payment was made. The services provided didn't match my expectations. The decorations, especially the hall decor, fell short of what was agreed upon during booking. It was a frustrating experience that felt like a waste of time and money. Rooms not as spacious as shown in photos while booking Rooms are not clean Even bedsheets have lot of spots and out of washed bedsheets from pantry fifth one turned out a bit better to use others had lot of hair and spots in it. Most of all, staff is very rude and arrogant They broke our trolly bad also while transferring our luggage to our room Towards the hill view side room, light are on all night and window is just below bulbs so room will be very bright all night

Overall, i would suggest to go for a better hotel. We booked executive room and this is the experience we got, so not at all worth it. In eange of 2000 you can get...
