The Mansingh — Restaurant in Gwalior

I don't know why this restaurant has been given too high ranking. I went on 28 June for dining with my family. I found it a mismanaged restaurant where staff don't know how to behave. Behavior was quite rude. Tables are unkempt, dirty and not organized. Waiters just throwing away food on your table. No proper hygiene as napkins and table clothing was dirty. Waiters don't have basic sense of sanitation, as you can see them touching their nose and ears. Food was tasteless, Roti's were burnt. Like roadside dhaba they also prepare whole food on 2 or 3 basic gravies. So every dish tasted the same.The ambience is poor. Don't waste...

Stale pineapple raita which was way too sweet. Took forever to bring out Naan even though we ordered it way too early. Cold water for washing hands on the table. Rude staff. Dim lighting. Uncomfortable table and sitting arrangements. Unhygienic washbasin in public view of the patrons. Non working ac towards the closing of the joint even though they had a huge group of families in there. Seemed like they were trying to follow Murphy's law for restaurants. Did I mention non availability of menu items on a Saturday night.

Man Singh is Located at 3rd floor and the Ambiance of the restaurant is very nice, when you enter inside you see a handmade huge painting on the wall very classy. Sitting area is very well setup.Service staff is very well groomed and well mannered, the order taken is also good. Though only one negative point that is order taking and serving time. Specially serving time is too long.But when food comes on table you can’t stop yourself to cherish the bites.Management needs to focus on this servicing part rest everything is worth...
